The customer service here is astounding! The Manager Stephen obviously trains staff on how to treat customers and it shows! Every time I shop at this Banana Republic location the staff members are so welcoming and helpful. Today I was there for the family and friends 50% discount. Lana was so helpful in advising me around my purchases and bringing me different sizes and colours etc. The team member at checkout was very warm and friendly also. Overall another great shopping experience!

Visiting clearances? Just make sure you double-check the price you're gonna be charged at the front desk. This lovely place is usually crowded, and staff members may make mistakes when calculating the %off.

Great discounts, but they should check their tag prices. Buying a pair of pants,with discounts on the tags, but when I was about to pay, they told me that they made a mistake on the price tags, and price should be higher and no discount would be apply. But before paying for the pants I ask an associate about the price and colored tags. But upon paying, they are telling they made a mistake tagging.

I was blown away by the high level of customer service each associate displayed. Each employee I interacted with was extremely helpful, kind, and went above and beyond for me.This level of service is a rarity in the retail industry. I will shop here again based on my incredibly positive experience.

First time visiting this location and for sure it will be my last. Went in looking for maternity pants and the lady told me that they do not sell so I decided to buy regular pants and maybe size up. When I asked her for straight leg pants she goes straight to clearance section, when I didn’t like what she showed me , she went to regular section and quickly start showing me what they carry. Wasn’t happy with service so I decided to leave and that’s when she told me to go to Walmart. She was very rude and condescending. If you are minority don’t go in.
