FedEx ia the worst courrier service ive ever been forced to use .Call mw to tell me my package will there tomorrow by 5pm that i need to sign for it . I book the day off . It doesnt show and updates tracking to next day . I book another day off . Same thing . If its held at customs why is their system calling people about deliveries not even scheduled yet ????? Brutal customer service too , no way to get through to any human regarding my package , just updates me and no options unless i have a door tag number and its missing . Brutal !! Never again will i ever use FedEx
