Only drive through open 3 people visibly on staff and no one else in the lineup, not they can’t let me use the washroom because they are under staffed. Maybe they should put a port a potty outside for their customers

I went through the drive thru at 8:54pm and the employees lied to me saying they were closed. Once I called the store and asked for the hours, one of the employees lied to me and told me they had to close early because they ran out of food and milk. Customer service was trash, the lady on the speaker was rude and the man I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful. I’m a regular customer with Starbucks and this was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Would not recommend coming here if you want good service. Will be contacting corporate.

Worst customer service from the cashier Helen. Scolded me in front of the entire store and embarrassed me. Tried to have a little fun and sing a latte order and she yelled at us saying we were awful and disrespectful because we didn’t realize the kind of day they had? We walked out without ordering as she was so rude and mean. Can’t believe the customer service. Rest of the girls working seemed great and we’re smiling along with us, they even felt so bad they gave my sister a drink to give to me.

Like the place. We had about 10 people aheadMaybe we were during lunch time. It was busy. Staff were very good, polite and courteous. We had drink and some sandwiches for takeout.

As an avid cyclist I sometimes only need water. Free always in a plastic cup with or without ice and still with a friendly smile. Carleton Place team is always wonderful.

Kudo’s to this shop. Honestly, every time I go into this Starbucks, the staff has been friendly and warm. Even when it’s busy, they muster up a smile and make you feel like you are worth the effort.

Place was crowded. Staff were flying to fill orders as fast as they could. Mobile app orders piled up due to people ordering being nowhere near the store. Waited longer than I ever have at a reasonably priced coffee shop. O and a half dollars for 2 medium sized coffees (1 regular coffee and one fancy something).

Very disappointed to witness such terrible customer service yesterday. A customer was patient in waiting for her order and the barista was snarky and rude to the customer. After about 10 minutes of this, the customer then asked to speak to a manager. Turns out the manager was actually sitting at one of the tables!! How could she sit there on her laptop and not get up when this was going on?? Unfortunately, the manager defended the employee until a customer at another table spoke up and bluntly told the manager how terrible this was and that she too couldn't believe how this customer was treated. It appears the manager then decided to take action. Very disappointed that the manager was right there when this happened and did nothing. Also, disappointed that it took a 2nd customer speaking up till the manager took action.

Got a mobile order today. The barista got one of my drinks wrong. I mentioned the mistake, she took the drink away and nothing happened for 10 minutes. I saw other people that came after get their drinks. Finally I approached and asked about the drink. The barista said “I don’t know you.” Bit of a strange response to someone who has been patiently waiting for their correct order for 10 minutes. I then explained about the wrong drink, at which point she found it behind the bar and handed it to me without so much as a “sorry about that.” Rudest and worst service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks.
