The first tine I came they said they couldn’t ship to an address in the US. This time, a lovely lady was very proactive, asked me if I needed to ship something and helped me do it. Way faster than canada post, good price and excellent customer service

The girl working today in the evening was extremely rude and not helpful at all.she kept answering every question very rudely and top of that she asked me to print the return label from some other store when I was ready to pay for services and told me to get things ready before visiting the store next time. She did not give me any receipt which I was accepting and on asking for the same i was told to go and leave the store. I felt disgusted and had to put up with her tantrums because I needed to send my parcel. UPS very Bad customer service, I do not think I will ever choose you guys again.

I don't think 5 stars is honestly enough. I had two Amazon returns and I had never used UPS for returns before. The instructions provided by Amazon where of course wrong. Joyce was an absolute angel. She was so polite and patient with me to make sure that it was done right with no issues. This included holding my boxes as I ran back to the office (just behind the store) to reprint the material provided by Amazon.I can not recommend this store more. The service was just beyond average and made my day completely. Thank you so very much for the amazing service.

Expensive but well worth the price if you need your package to arrive quickly and safely. No line up the last time I used them and I received top notch service.

Our company sends documents a few times a week. Joyce and her staff are amazing and I always feel like family when I go in. Not to mention this is the cleanest and well set up UPS store I have been too. Keep doing a wonderful job!

Inquired about their printing services and all I got was a condescending lady. Short lady with glasses was rude and needs to work on customer service. Even if its just standard documents you're better off at Staples where the service is good.
