If you want to pay twice for your contacts come here. I buy my contacts all the time from this place not only did they tell me to goto the counter while there was someone blocking the way. They decided to rob me. Preordered my contacts on the 17th because they dont carry the kind I like in store. They always make me pay for my contacts before they order them to the store. I paid for 3 monthly pairs on the 17th. They tried making me pay to pick them up too. When I gave the exact amount in change on the 17th. Thats why they are preorder!!! They also didnt give me my 5 back for the biweekly pair I got from them the same day I gave a 20 when the biweeklys cost 15. They lied and said they gave me my 5 back. For the bi weekly pair. ALWAYS RECORD EVERY TRANSACTION YOU MAKE HERE.

I have social anxiety so they were very helpful and nice to explain things to me when I told them! I went in to get an eye exam and get new glasses. They were all super helpful and patient with me as I picked the frames I wanted!

Came here to refill a missing screw. The store was able to get me in and out in less than 3minutes. I didn’t even get my glasses here and they replaced the screw for free.Very friendly costumer service, would definitely recommend this store.

I just finished my appointment with them. And they were very courteous and very helpful in every which way. The Optometrist was very cool and very friendly. I picked out two pairs of glasses and they informed me of the progression and blue light options and I chose both. Very friendly staff and very excellent service. Thank you Community Eye Care.

Optometrist here is excellent. Glasses department not so much. When I was getting my new glasses, the young guy servicing me was busy on his phone and checking his messages while talking to me. Communication for glasses pickup was so poor as well. I had to follow up 3 times.I was told the glasses would take a few weeks to order as the lens was not available which is perfectly normal and acceptable. But when the lens were delayed no one called me about that, and as my current lens was scratched, it was an urgent matter and it was very uncomfortable to wear everyday. On my final call when the lens did come, the same guy that serviced me did not have any sense of urgency on helping me get my glasses and offered me an appointment another week back when there was already the lens available.Seriously get off your phone and learn about customer service.I will return for the optometrist because she's very professional and I got a great prescription but I will likely not order glasses from here again until they fix and train their staff properly
