I was optimistic about having a cleaning company come in my home , specifically when I’m not around. But Mystic Cleaning has shut down all my doubts. They are very thorough, professional and work in a timely manner. I really appreciate them and in my opinion this review doesn’t speak enough about the company. I love coming home with a clean house that I didn’t have to clean. Definitely keeps my home life peaceful and a plus there’s Less yelling at the virtual students.

Jacquelyne and her team are phenomenal! They hit the ground running as soon as they enter your home and don’t stop until every speck of dust, dirt, and grime are gone. We used them based on the recommendation of a friend and we are simply delighted with their work! Affordable, thorough, and friendly! Plus they're super responsive to messages. Hiring Mystic Cleaning was the best thing I've ever done for my relationship. Trust me on this!

I have used Mystic Cleaning for almost a year. I have found them to be excellent at organizing, anticipating what should be done & going the extra mile to add a nice touch to my home. I started using them after I had a knee replacement. I could not have managed at home without their help. I have also counted on them at the last minute to help get ready for company or to come over to help me pack or unpack after an extensive trip. I trust this company completely & highly recommend them for any job small or big. You will get personal treatment & peace of mind knowing the job will be done by a trustworthy company.

Mystic cleaning has been cleaning my apartment for quite some time now. They are professional, thorough, and respectful of your belongings. Never an issue of trusting them in my space. Mystic Cleaning is accommodating in providing their service. If I have company coming and am suddenly in need of their services; all I have to do is call. They have not only exceeded my expectations with my routine house cleanings, but also by going above and beyond. When I first started using their services, I had been remodeling and my house was a disorganized mess. They helped me go through household items, organize and get furniture moved back into place. The staff is also very friendly, and I always enjoy the little extra time they take to visit with me. Mystic cleaning has been cleaning my house for several years now. They always do a great job, are very dependable and are very reasonably priced. I had several other services before them and none have been able to measure up to mystic cleaning

I was really looking forward to the first deep cleaning. I scheduled on my day off to meet the cleaners and help direct where to clean and if they had questions. I told Jacqueline the owner to use mild soap and we agreed to use dishwashing soap and water to clean the quartz countertop, vinyl flooring etc because the house is generally clean (we moved in a month ago to a newly built house). I think her two helpers did well in cleaning the countertops and bathroom, but areas on the floor were missed. She said it might be soap residue and that she never used soap and water to mop floors before. It was disappointing paying 380$ when I have to schedule another cleaner to start over because they usually want to start with a deep clean. When I asked for a partial refund she said it sounds like an issue of not cleaning to my preference.. I didn’t have issues with previous cleaners using eco friendly/ mild soap to clean and it was rushed. The floor rug and items were misplaced I pointed it out and we placed it back. She said she has 6 places to clean today though she apologized and said it wasn’t rushed It was very rushed I was there :( I thought Mystic Cleaning was going to be my cleaner every month :(

We've been using Mystic cleaning for a little over a year now and they continue to impress us. Jacquelyne's team pays attention to a lot of the little details in the house that we don't think of, and keeps our house looking great.I would recommend them to anyone who needs help keeping their house in order, you'll be thankful to have the time back in your busy schedule!

Mystic cleaning is fantastic! They take the time to listen to what areas of your home are priority so that they spend the appointment cleaning spaces that need it the most! Jacquelyne is able to make our house and specifically kitchen look brand new each and every time she comes. She is super sweet and professional and puts 110% into each and every appointment.
