It is a pretty good store for the most part, I find it's best to write things down and double check receipts however as I've had a few instances of getting the wrong parts and having to wait in line to return them or have someone go down the road for a new one. Overall awesome selection tho.

Very bad customer service. Ordered a part that was to be in within a week. Waiting 2 weeks, never heard a thing. Called to inquire about when it would be in, I was told someone will look into it and call me back. Waited a week, never got a call back. Went to the store, I was told the same thing that someone would call me back. Waited a week never got a call back. Finally spoke to the store manager. He couldn't provide me with a date when it would be in. Now I'm left with no option but to go back to the store and get a refund. Bad, bad service!! Next time don't tell a customer a week when they have no idea!

Good place to buy parts, some of the best prices in town... the free popcorn and hotdogs are certainly a perk as well! Go on the weekdays if you want the full timers (after 5 or 6pm they have less full time guys). The full timers tend to know their stuff a bit better than the part timers and get stuff done faster. PT counter guys are also pretty solid though.

EDIT: I sadly have to edit my original review. Unfortunately, I've had to go twice to Fat Guys (my go to place) in the last 2 weeks. I don't know what happened to your pleasant, helpful staff, but they don't seem to exist anymore. Walked in and greeted all three guys behind the counter and was met with just stares....no response. I felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Told them what I needed and the guy directed me to where to look. I couldn't find...obviously having trouble seeing the small numbers with my old eyes. Couldn't even bother to get up and help. If you can't find it

Fantastic group of guys here. Flew into Ontario to buy an old square body and in the middle of the night realized I had a slight oil leak. These guys were open at 8am on a Sunday ready to get me all the parts I needed to get rolling.
