Love the owners here. Very good people. I'd rather support a local store then a chain tor. She has good snake food and lizard food. Also a nice selection of snakes. This is the only place we shop for or reptiles and dog.

The lady who I am assuming was the owner is very nice! The prices seem to be pretty good for most of the dog supplies I was looking at however they should be priced properly with tags and everything should have a price on it in my opinion. The store itself is very crowded, dusty and extremely fowl smelling!!! The area where animals were kept at some point are pretty gross looking but thankfully she only had mice in one and it looked pretty clean and not over crowded.

Very smelly. The potent pet odour will burn your nose as soon as you go in. I found the service somewhat rude and the pets are hidden in the back. Fish and reptiles are kept very very dark, you can’t even see them. But the biggest issue was the smell by far. There was no escaping it and you smelt it even after you left the store.

Pricey, but good supply store. Not many pets other than mice and snakes.

I went into this place a few years ago and found out that there is so many mice in one small fish tank and there were new vorn babies in every corner of the tank. I was so sad when I seen them and I cried on the inside. Like , who would do this to them. There were hamsters that had no wheels no food dish no clean bedding and all of the bedding in the cages were rotting from the bottom and from the top. It stunk so so bad that I actually had to keep my nose closed from smelling all that ammonia. She told me that the hamsters were 4 to 5 months old but no they were not, they were 1 years old. The hamsters that she had were brothers and sisters and bred them. I had one from her and the hamsters that she sold to me passed away 4 months later because she had so many things wrong with her. I really hope that the place shuts down soon because no animal deserves living in that environment. They deserve much much better

How does this place have 4 stars? The lady who owns this store had waaaay too many animals (multiple sharing too small of cages) when I went there most of them didn’t even have water and it REAKED of ammonia so bad

Great selection of products with helpful and friendly owners. A surprising amount of stuff for the size of the shop, definitely where I'm buying all my pet supplies from here on out.

The store owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.They were the only folks in town that had what I was looking for in stock; they knew exactly what I was talking about and had multiple sizes and colours for to choose from.Parking was awesome- right in front.I was surprised and pleased at the varied amount of stock they had on hand.I shall definitely be going back !!

The owner is extremely nice and she carries tons of stuff. It’s an older establishment but she has so much. The only place I will buy for my reptiles, she breeds her own feeders so there is no parasites and other harmful things to be carried to the animal while ingesting. She has great prices and has worked very hard for what she has. In my opinion, it’s a great place and she is extremely kind and really funny.
