Amazing staff. They know their business. If I could give 10 stars out of 10 I would. Everyone at this location is on point. Ryan is running an amazing business. If you visit Hinton for any kind of part, please visit NAPA first. It is a great atmosphere.

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. The staff here is incredible. We were in the middle of a 13 hour road trip when our car threw a charging system fault. Unfortunately we didn't catch his name, but after running into Napa for a tool a young man came out with us, ran the diagnostic, helped us find the problem (serpentine belt) then spent the next 45 minutes helping my husband fix it. He was running in and out grabbing tools and got fully in there to help us fix the problem. Incredible customer service and I highly recommend if you have any car trouble in or around Hinton, you go to this Napa. Wish I caught the guy's name but hopefully his managers read this review and figure out who it was because he was excellent, knowledgeable and went WAY above and beyond. Thank you!

Each one of the workers is very friendly and knowledgeable, they usually have a pretty good stock of parts in the store and if they don't they are great at trying to help you get that part ordered and into the store as quickly as they can. They have pretty reasonable prices for being where they are too.

Let me tell you about this place. All of the staff are amazing, however, one is head and shoulders above the rest. The delivery driver, Pat, is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Without her help, we wouldn't be able to do what we do.

I like the people , service is friendly throughout the years I have been going to UAP NAPA . They give me small discounts through their friends discounts , ' but ' it's the quality people & parts . I return for when I can afford the parts or tools I need . Great people , quality atmosphere . Thank you for the service from the staff !

Ryan and Darren went above and beyond in helping us get the right parts for our travel trailer. We had a broken axle and they worked with us and our mechanic to solve the problem! We can’t thank them and Napa enough! What knowledgeable professionals!!!

My 2007 Chevy pick up truck broke down in Hinton from wheel bearing failure on Sunday 25th September 2016. I went to Napa store to see if they could help ( the part was in stock ) and they phoned around at 10.30 on a Sunday morning to find a mechanic who could installed it for me. They found a Mechanic who installed it promptly and I was back on the road to Vancouver.They went over and above what they could have done.Big thanks to the staff for helping me out
