Heather is awesome! My wedding decor and florals were perfect! Divine Decor is an excellent florist and decorator to work with on your Big Day. Heather is highly responsive, super-friendly and willing to listen and advise couples on their wedding so they make the best decisions and stay within their budgets. She also understood my wedding vision well and executed it perfectly on the day, I had no worries at all. I would highly recommend Divine Decor!

I really hate writing a bad review to company but I just felt treated very poorly that I wouldn’t want any other bride to have the same experience as me. Using divine decor was the biggest regret on my wedding day. I contacted with the divine decor back in March after seeing decent reviews and went into their office for a consultation. I specifically asked for pink florals with waist height pampas grass, and the lady took notes down on her notebook and said will send over an invoice for me to pay afterwards. Everything seem to be going ok prior to the wedding, however on the day of my wedding in August, the flowers we all white and not pink and the pampas grass were only knee-high and not waist-high. I couldn’t get anything changed in that moment because they don’t have any extra pink florals or pampas grass on hand and because my wedding was about to happen too. The lady just said sorry she doesn’t recall I wanted pink so she just chose white on my behalf. A few days after the wedding, I sent an email let her know how disappointed and upset I was, but I have never heard back from her, not even a proper apology. This is why I wanted to share my experience with other brides and hope nobody will have the same experience as me as wedding day should be one of your happiest day.

Heather was amazing to work with! From our first meeting in person until our wedding day, she was quick to respond and follow up about any questions or concerns we had. On the day of our wedding, we were in awe of how Heather & her team brought our vision to life.
