Quiet and cheap. Had a nice table there for me to read while waiting for the machines to finish.$2 wash, and I'd recommend $1.75 for the dryer at medium. Machines do seem smaller than other places but I did all my personal laundry in two loads with room to spare.

The cheapest Laundromat i can find here. 1.75 for a wash and .25 for 4 mins for the dryer and I only need about 16-24 mins for a extra large load to be dried. While you wait I'd go for the pizza by the slice that's right in the store, I just eat and wait I love it. The store owner is hilarious and a nice dude. I'll never stop coming here. Great place, great food & great environment.

This location is closed (boarded up) when I came during business hours. Halifax police has seized this property for inspection as specified by the red sticker on the front door. Terrible experience.

Salim's: The place where I walk into after being away for MANY years, and am always greeted with: Hey you, where have you been??I actually have laundry IN MY BUILDING, but I choose to walk the three blocks to Salim's instead. The machines are well maintained, and the dryers are brand new. It's a bright, clean space that I'm happy to sit in and be on my phone or read a book, but I also feel safe about leaving my stuff there and coming back later to switch it over. A long-time north end family business I am happy to support. ✌️

Nice little Laundromat, if you find the door is closed there's an entrance through the convenience store. The owner John is wonderful person provided with a good conversation.
