My family lived in Southglen Mobile home community for 6 years. We recently moved to be closer to the school for our kids but we absolutely loved it. It is like it's own small town. They take care of snow removal from the streets quickly, there is a beautiful pool in the summer, a hall you can rent for cheap, great playground, a small library, but most of all what made it great living there was the people. Wonderful neighbors, so many people stop to say hello andjuat build a sense of community. We will miss it for sure!

I love the park, Rachel, who works in the office, is always available to answer any and all of our questions in a timely manner and if she doesn't have the answer she will find it out and get back to me right away. I've had a great experience with her and can't thank her enough for all she has done for me when I first moved into the park last year. The park is a great place to live. And Don is also amazing, he keeps our roads clear during the winter and works his butt off for us all the time, even when he doesn't need to be here ( on his days off to make sure we can get out of the park during snow storms)

We've been here for almost a year and we just love the place, it's like a mini village. It's clean, quiet and safe largely due to the awesome efforts of management who work hard to ensure the park is well-maintained, and also because residents (or the majority of residents) are good neighbours and keep their homes and properties clean and in good repair.

This place is a great place to live. Not only is it a community, it is a great place to raise your kids. Rachel the resident manager is wonderful. She always makes herself avilable to help each of us. She goes out of her way to help with anything she can and trys her best at each situation. Thanks for being you! If your looking for your first home or a nice spot to raise your kids. Consider this community.

Nice clean park to live in! Includes seasonal pool, hall rental (fall, winter) beautiful new kids park. Mobile homes are more affordable then house prices these days.

I am actually moving into this community on November 23, 2021!! I am so excited to meet Rachel from the office!! She is an absolute gem that I am so looking forward to meeting!! I can hardly wait to move into my paradise!!

nope. dont do it. dont move here. the management is very excessive and unprofessional.Would you like to place furniture on the side of your home for later disposal? nope, you can't do that because management will walk straight into your backyard (uninvited) and threaten you for being untidy.Would you like to skip a week of lawn maintenance? nope, you can't do that either because management checks daily; in-person harassments are guaranteed to follow.If only it were possible that I can give this place negative stars.

My daughter just bought her first home here. Very nice tight knit community. You just have to go for a walk in the evening to see that all sorts of people have a hello or stop for a quick chat.
