From in-store to the delivery, the employees at this location have 0 customer service skills. They forget to deliver certain food items ordered and they fail to be courteous or polite.

I thought those chicken size comments were exaggeration before I actually ordered there.... can u imagine the thigh is way smaller than the drumstick????? I understand cost is critical to small business owners, but cutting thigh in half and selling for full price is not acceptable.

Horrible. The chicken was stale The pieces could not even identify what pieces were except the wings. I picked it up and got the order within a few min. I realize they may pre cook some chicken but the entire bucket was terrible - all old and very hard. Must have been out of the fryer for hours. Not going to this location again.

Disgusting! I don't recommend this branch at all! I ordered bucket of 12 pcs! Half with bone and half without! The pcs with bones are dried, looks black, and been prepared hourssss ago! Literally they went straight to the garbage! Waste of money! Don't try this location! Not recommended at all

Small store. Friendly staff, who are helpful. KFC chicken has changed so much in the breading of the chicken. The size is: Smaller chicken pieces with less white meat. It's not the same as it was made over the years. The skin used to peel right off. Not anymore.Every KFC has changed that I have visited.I wished they'd use the original receipt. That's how it was supposed to be made. That made it a great family meal.The meal was served normally. But the food has gone down in quality by the changes.

Awful service. I ordered online via Google and they have no record of my purchase. The manager hid in the back while the front employee explained the situation and loudly shouted that without a receipt -he- doesn't care

I would give it 0 stars if I can but I’m also going to log a complaint with whichever employee that was working the counter today in the afternoon. We went to pick up our order and they stuffed the food into a ripped bag haphazardly, so when we picked it up the whole thing ripped and food fell to the floor we didn’t even get to the door we just picked the bag up, the employee working the counter watched the whole incident and immediately told us “that’s not my problem if you’re clumsy” the attitude is appalling, the service is horrible

Saturday 5pm closed?Super slow service, apparently under staffed. Definatly below par with other KFC. Wont be coming back to this location.
