I was initially wary of Realtors in Peterborough a(in general)as I had heard some horror stories but I have been pleasently surprised all around!Brad has been prompt, effective and overall made his part of us purchasing a home a breeze. I had a tough time with a number of other things - even so after the move but he has been a great support and did provide some excellent literature so I could learn what the contracts really meant.We did end up buying slightly over budget but it was our own decision with no pressure and we walked into every bid with our eyes open.Thank you Brad! Brad sold my lot despite problems with the township. He negotiated with buyers to extend condition date to allow township to correct an error in zoning that they created years ago without any notification to me. Brad discovered the error, let me know and worked with me to have them correct their mistake.Brad is extremely responsive and is in contact regularly.
