I’ve bought new cars from Honda, Acura, Toyota, Kia, GMC and Jeep and Nissan Kelowna is by far the best dealership I’ve ever had business with. Always professional with a personal touch. The place is always so clean and organized and all the staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The service work is professional and run with military precision . I’d highly recommend this dealership and their vehicles.

Michael, my Service Advisor is absolutely top notch, he greets you with a smile and he knows you by name, unlike where I bought my Nissan many years ago, so going from terrible dreadful customer service to the absolute best. Michael is conscientious, superbly organized, a great listener, competent with a strong grasp of both business and just basic human psychology. He knows his stuff and has strong communication skills, he builds relationships.If you drive a Nissan and need excellent service you speak to Michael.
