Water Depot

Had the water softener installed a week now and love it. Never even had the pleasure of meeting Glen other then his colleagues but we conversed several times over the phone and its been a treat. Dave the technician came and did the install and was courteous and professional. I would recommend to friends and family.

Purchased our water softener from Paul on Sunday and had it installed by Thursday. Paul answered all my 800 questions and made recommendations based on our needs. The installer was fast, friendly, and professional. Immediate HUGE difference in the taste of our water. Thanks team!

Amazing and Great!! Thank you so much Stouffville Water Depot for all your help. We purchased a Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis over 4 years ago. We recently had some issues with both systems. I called Glen and he immediately came to our aid. Even though both systems were out of warranty, he took care of us. The Technician came out and did a thorough check of everything. He made sure that the system was working properly and we would have no more issues. We could not be more happier. Thank you so much and we are so pleased with everything.

My wife and I built this home eight years ago. We installed an RO filter system and water softener at that time. Our water quality was still unacceptable. Glenn and Len at the Water Depot in Stouffville immediately tested our water and subsequently visited our home. They offered specific remedies based on data and decades of experience. We will use this firm in the future and highly recommend it to others. AN UPDATE: Water Depot in Stouffville recently replaced our reverse osmosissystem. Following installation, we felt that the water volume was less than we had expected. Glenn and the installer, Dave, immediately ordered a high capacity system and promptly installed it. They also checked our water softener without being asked. This is a highly reputable company with first rate people. They are truly not satisfied until their customer is satisfied. 6 stars!

Echoing what others have already said. I was having issues with low flow and leaks on my RO system. Glen invited me in and spent the time to carefully troubleshoot my issue. He systematically tested and replaced all the faulty parts.Glen definitely knows his stuff when it comes to water. He is professional, respectful and friendly. This was also evident in his interactions with others as they entered the store. Thank you.

Had a great experience with the Water Depot. Glenn came out to do an assessment, look at the house and suggest what was needed based on our issues and what he could offer. Once the parts were in Dave came to do the install and set it up quickly and efficiently and it has been working great since. What a difference soft water makes! Definitely recommend this place as well as Glenn as his team!

Glen is just great I called him randomly because I was experiencing problems with my reverse osmosis system. I'd been trying to troubleshoot it for days by myself and didn't know what the problem was. I got to the store at 5:30 p.m. and he helped me troubleshoot it for a full hour even though the store closes at 6pm (until 6.30). The customer service the time and the knowledge that he has surpasses anyone that I've ever dealt with in the water service industry. Anyone looking to get a water treatment system or a water softener should definitely visit this store because of the way they take care of the customers, I will for sure be a lifelong customer to the water Depot now. Thanks Glenn got that water flowing again!!

Dropped in for an accessory for a Chilly Moose insulated mug. They went out of their way to help. Great customer service. Highly recommend these folks.
