After having purchased wood windows from three different places these are by far the worst craftsmanship, after one year they don't seal properly, also the worst service one could get. When I originally purchased the windows, they came in the wrong size and missing trim that was agreed upon by email and phone.

Worst windows I've ever had. When there is even the slightest breeze outside I can feel the draft inside my house between where the windows slide. The window locks also break very easily. I would not recommend.
