They both were very professional and determined the root cause of our issue in only a short period of time. Mike and Joel both went above and beyond to help us out and to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We are a retail store that needed some space heaters removed. We covered everything in plastic as they were covered in dust. They were punctual, professional, respectful. When I returned to the store, there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor. Will be calling them back to reinstall FOR SURE! This is one company you will be saving to contacts.

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician who fixed the issue effectively and in a timely manner. They also gave me a small discount which I do appreciate.However I got an invoice claiming I have 30 days to pay and I got debt collection threats from their administrative colleague Tina first thing the next morning. I paid right away and called to try to understand what is the problem and she was very rude to me saying that this is not the email I received (had it in front of me) and that I was overdue with the payment. Very rude and unprofessional.
