Wow. The women at the center cutting table earlier today was awful. Rude and snappy. Doesn't have any respect for anyone. I realize since the pandemic proper customer service isn't a priority anymore but nobody should be spoken too like that. I was almost in tears. All these warnings for customers to be kind and polite but the staff can get away with that. How unfortunate for your reputation and all the other staff in there.

Employees were friendly and there were plenty of them around to help me find specific material patterns and cutting the fabrics. Prices are reasonable as well, especially if you go during a sale time.

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I went to Fabric Land to try and purchase my Christmas craft supplies. I wanted to buy locally to support our community instead of a boxstore or ordering online.The lady at the counter is ready to retire...let's just say I have never been treated like I was a nuisance going in to spend my money. Instead of speaking to me like a human being and asking what I might need (interrupted me while I was speaking) she proceeds to tell me that pffft we don't have that here...go to Michaels. I can see now that there are many complaints about the same type of service. Hmmmm maybe some training and some kindness would help.

Great selection of fabrics, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My only issue is that they typically don't have a lot of licensed Disney prints which is what I'm after pretty often.Clean store, fair prices and great sales especially with the sewing club . Was able to make these nifty little mouse ears from some of the fabric purchased. Still wishing there was Mickey / Minnie fabric !

I'm quite happy with my visit to this store on Saturday and Sunday. This feedback pertains to the curtain panels selection; great variety. Very help helpful associate (Christine or Christina) on Saturday and pleasant cashier on Sunday. My only dislike is sales are final; I would have purchased more if returns were allowed.

One stop shop for all kinds of fabric material. Great collection to choose from. You can select a fabric and choose the length of the material. Many items are on sale especially if you have a membership. It was correctly priced. I would recommend a visit if you are looking for some fabric for any use including for stitching, decoration.

I’d rather learn how to weave my own fabric than interact with a Fabricland employee again. I’ve known about their poor customer service reputation for years but my last experience there was a new low. I was trying to buy fabric and my baby started having a meltdown. I couldn’t calm them and asked to use a washroom to sit down & nurse. The women flat out said no and that I could try the public washroom at Metro….. after that major snowfall we just had. They were rude, dismissive, and judging and I could have really used some kindness in that moment.

Terrific store. Very clean snd bright. Super huge selection. An incredible knowledgeable staff with great customer service. I was helped immediately as soon as I walked in. Selected the fabric I needed and was assisted in the curring process. A great experience and we will be back.
