After last year heater's big and expensive service , again heater didn't work. Called company, managed after a week for repair appointment for first time, but the problem was still there. Second call, booked again very late, no apology and no care. Manager had very unprofessional attitude, very unreasonable. Had to solve the problem with another company. Never suggest this company to anyone.

In my experience, when dealing with HVAC companies, it’s important to find people with strong technical abilities, but equally important is having a company that is incredibly responsive and dependable. While it’s impossible to be perfect 100% of the time, Scottish gas definitely passed the test with flying colours. They looked after not only my pool heater, but also made sure that a new one came in on warranty a year later. The ladies that answer the phone are incredibly friendly in what can be an unfriendly world. Special thanks to Janice for putting up with me. She has the voice of an angel!

Scottish has just finished a day or work installing a gas line as well as electrical line for a pool installation.They were at our home well into Friday evening due to the size of the job with trenches having been dug as part of the day.The work done was excellent.We found the three men very professional and courteous as well as communicative throughout the project.We will definitely use Scottish in the future.Barry

Scottish Gas has been my go to for all my home and pool heating.They are a busy company but makes every efforts to get to you. Even at night. like they did tonight.The pool heater issue was resolved quickly. They are a very professional and honest company.Would highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service!!! Had made an appointment for a home visit to quote on gas line installation. First appointment, no show and no call. So I called company and was informed that they are too busy and rescheduled. Second appointment, same thing, no show and no call to advise you that they are not coming! I had to schedule work around the two appointments. I would definitely not recommend this company. If they can't commit to a scheduled appointment, you can only imagine their work quality!!!

I worked with Mark Hardie to get my quote for my venting and gas line addition. His attention to detail was fantastic and his quote was spot on. The technicians who came to do the work were quick and very professional about getting the work done. When they were in my attic they even mentioned a small mold problem. If they had not I would have had to spend a fortune to fix it had it become worse. Great work guys! And I will look to you for future work and recommendations. Cheers!

Our Pentair pool heater stoped working for a faulty mother board. The part had to be ordered in and an appointment was set for next week. When we told them we where having a large party for my fathers 80th and my sons 16th birthdays, they prioritized our appointment for this week and got it fixed in time to heat up the pool for Saturdays party. Thank you Susie and Scottish team. First world problems, but you saved the day.
