The price is good and the service is friendly. However, the quality of work is average. I sew a bit myself but just don't have the time to repair/alter. I noticed some little details. For example, they don't match the color of thread to the color of your clothing. It's sewn on the inside but on light clothing sometimes the darker thread shows through. Also, I went to repair a hole in one of the seams. At the time of the pick up, I only checked the repaired area and not other parts of the garment. When I got home I noticed that they must have damaged the button and tried to fix it. I noticed later because the button is now attached in the inside instead of outside. I could also see the stitching where they tried to fix it. They did not mention this to me when I picked up. That being said, my pants were hemmed nicely with the stitching being invisible. This place is good for simple repairs (like hemming) on inexpensive clothing but I would not bring more delicate/expensive clothing or more complex repairs.

Didn’t actually do all the alterations I asked for, yet charged me for them all and handed back the dress like it was done. Had to return in a panic prior to an event to get them to finish the job I had paid for.

The only tailor/dry cleaner I'll ever use. They do amazing work, and will help you out in a bind. I had to get alterations done to an outfit for an event, they took it the same morning around 11, and had it back to me by 4pm, perfectly done! They were quite busy as it was a Saturday, but were still nice enough to find the time to help me out. And the couple that own the place are the sweetest people ever!

I've used them twice so far, and both times have been very good experiences. The gentleman who runs the business is kind and polite. I brought in a dress shirt to be altered (a minor adjustment), and he did it on the spot for me in a few minutes' time; that saved me a trip to come back another day! I would definitely recommend them. :)

Wonderful little place in my neighborhood. They made my wedding dress look new again which I didn't think was possible given the amount of dirt on the bottom/train. Highly recommend this place!

I brought my brand new pants to be hemmed to this place. The pants were high end and expensive and had their store labels still on. When I came to pick them up, the guy at the counter gave me a pair of pants that were a replica of my pants: exatly my size, the right overall colour, similar stretch material; the only subtle difference I noticed first were faded colour in the front, different feel to the fabric. When I brought it up with the guy at the counter, he argued that those were my pants and that he did not wear them. Luckily, my wife checked the label inside the pants. It said made in China" (my pants were made in Turkey) and the brand was different from the original. My wife also had a picture of the new pants. Once confronted

I wouldn’t recommend this place . We were given pre payment receipt for $15.80 hemming two pants we didn’t tell him to make a line on the side of pants . I wanna to pay in cash first but since I didn’t wanna carry change I told him to pay by card . But again the owner said if I wanna pay by card then it will be 22 dollar. Before he said that if we pick up Monday morning it gonna be 3 dollar extra on pants however if we pick up in the evening it gonna be 15.80 but when i tell him to pay by card he said to me you have to pay $22 because you rush me . How is that rush to him i picked up in the evening at 6:30 pm . I paid him by cash and tear receipt was given to me I didn’t get why he doesn’t accept card from me . Since everybody was paying by card . He was very rude and also said stop waisting my times . He needs to learn some manner how to speak to the customers . Don’t show attitude to customers . Learn some manners man. I wouldn’t recommend this place .

Really liked the work they did for my jacket, i went one afternoon with my chain not working in jacket, they returned me within 2 days but its expensive.I found this lill costly.
