Upon visit to Canada got towed parked in front of friend's house because neighbor didn't like that I was parking there. Claimed I was in front of hydrant but wasnt. Soon as my car was missing they parked right in the same spot and laughed. Almost 300 dollars when all they had to do was ask me to knidly park somewhere else. I was helping a single mother with non verbal autistic child carry groceries in only to come back to find car gone with her child's seat and everything inside. :( The staff was friendly but now I can't afford groceries for two weeks. I hope you enjoy my money though.

This company was either bought out by Clover Towing, or was always owned by Clover. The response time for strata towing ranges from 4 minutes to never, but I understand they get busy with police calls which get priority. We had one weird incident where instead of towing the vehicle, the driver started knocking on doors to see if the owner wanted to move the vehicle, and that ended up in threats of violence. But in general the service has been satisfactory. We continue to use them.

Unpleasant lady answering the phone asked me several times for the lot code. Could not memorise 3 digit code so I have to repet 4 times,Then she put me on Hold for 3 minutes.After reconnectiing she asked me again: What was your lot code again?They should hire someone capable of doing basic tasks....Bojan Krtinic

I don't even know how this company makes money. They make every excuse possible to not tow vehicles. Clearly they just take clients money on monthly contracts and then they never tow vehicles out of the lots when they are asked to. Don't use this company unless you just like paying people for services that aren't even done.
