0 Stars.I do not even know where to begin with this company...They did not put the dates on file when I was added to my parents insurance so I do not qualify for any cheaper rates even if I've been driving for over 5 years & took drivers ed.I cancelled my car insurance policy weeks ago and they still charged me for this month.I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Do not waste your time or money.

I've been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment until this past OctoberI made payment on the 25th of October and 30th of October but my insurance was cancelled on October 29th and never got a call until early January and I was still making payments online Everytime I either called my account manager he was either away and never returned my calls or emails till way later!!

Low cost insurance, better than any other location in the Westmoreland area. Auto insurance, business, and more. Staff at reception are always positive and knowledgeable. Agents go above and beyond when it comes to client service and you leave with a feeling like they know everyone they serve on a personal level. Simple advice...stop shopping around and deal with people who treat you like family.
