Decided to import my dream truck from Japan earlier this year. Even during auction issues, and shipping in a pandemic, Right Drive came through with flying colours, and yesterday I picked up my beautiful new Hilux Surf. Couldn't be happier, communication was fast and constant, and special shout out to Daryl and Sumi who were just rockstars. Thank you for making the process easy and getting me my girl safe and sound.

I contacted RightDrive to look for a special car I wanted imported from Japan. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and provided me with answers to all my questions, no matter how detailed, immediately. The knowledge from their entire staff was outstanding. I was skeptical that I was going to find a mint condition vehicle, but they came through! Their team in Japan was excellent as well, answering all questions and finding the car i wanted. At the end of the day I was able to find a beautiful RX-7 Spirit R and I can't thank them enough. I will be back for the next purchase!!

So far have been happy with my purchase. I got a Mitsubishi Delica and it was sold to me as a reliable and told the car was in great shape, and so far the car is better than I expected. I love it. The only draw back is finding insurance which I think the dealership should do a better job warning you. I was assured that RHD club would help find insurance but in the end it wasn't worth it and am stuck now on facility till my own broker negotiates a better deal with a new company. Despite that, their staff was very pleasant, helpful and their service department is A one.

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this dealership. The truck is more than I could ask for in every way. They took care of everything for me from the Bluetooth stereo floor mats and new tires and even the insurance. I don't know what else to say but thank you so much for the amazing experience and incredible truck, when I need my next one I'll definitely be back!!

I had a great experience with right drive. I don't have a single negative to say about them. When I picked up my new ride, they had replaced all fluids, the rotors, new tires, it even has hands free calling haha If you're thinking about using them do it! You won't regret it. Loving my sambar.

Simply not honest about the vehicles they import. I personally purchased a vehicle from here and it was completely different condition than described. Not to mention when I looked at the vin, I also learned this car was not clean and accident free" like I was told. Don't believe me? There's plenty of people that have been scammed by right drive. Just look up all the complaints on the Better Business Bureau page.... The only reason people go here is because they are the only importer in Ontario. Go somewhere else

I purchased my Subaru Sambar in September and finally received it in April, lack of communication and tracking made this experience very frustrating for me. I do understand that covid made issues but no one was telling me what's going on and kept getting told next week. Besides the lack of that, EVERYTHING was great, the truck looks like it got resprayed and undercoated, I got a new radio and new rims/tires. It drives like a 26 year old vehicle but I love it. I will definitely get parts for when I need to service the truck. Thank you so much.

Quoted me 26k for the same year vehicle (with more mileage) that I was able to import online and get delivered to my door for 12k ALL IN. Then I inquired about ordering a high pressure power steering hose as mine had a small leak. They quoted me $499.99 on this. I was able to order the hose online on Ali Express for $40 (aftermarket) and found the Honda one for $140. I will absolutely NEVER use these scammers for anything, not if my life depended on it. Go to Bonsai in London Ontario or import online for your RHD needs.
