I had custom closets made in a loft area. This was not an easy task as I had a vision and was dealing with an old house with a lot of uneven angles. The work done was exceptional, paying close attention to detail with much patience!

We had Luke redo our staircase in oak in 2017. Five years later they're still looking great. Luke was excellent to deal with, put up with our changes to the build gracefully, and was on time and budget.More recently we had him build cedar steps for our deck which a number of neighbours have positively commented on.I highly recommend him and will surely be hiring him again.

Exceptional service and craftsmanship on a large, two-tier deck. LB Building did a truly amazing job on my deck project, working with Trex composite w/ railing on top level and stairs, with a beautiful and waterproofed wood finished bottom level (with pot lights and ceiling fan installed on bottom level). Extremely pleased with the results, I highly recommend this company.

LB built a custom garage for us. Luke was very professional, he started when he committed and completed the work within his projected time frame. He was extremely clean always leaving the work site in great condition daily. The workmanship/quality was exceptional and was frankly beyond our expectation as they focus on all the little details. Most importantly there were no surprises, the project was completed on time and on budget as per quotes. Absolutely refreshing experience and would recommend using them, which I have and will again.

Use this company! We could not be happier with our choice!We decided to build a pergola and contacted L.B. Building Company. It was easy to connect with them and Lucas (the owner) came to check out our build and give us a quote within a week of us getting in touch with him. He was honest about what parts of the existing deck could stay and what couldn't and offered reasonable advice around whether to pull up the entire deck or not. He broke the job down into several different quotes so we were able to determine exactly how much work we wanted to do and how much we could afford.In the end we decided to redo our deck and build a pergola (leaving the frame underneath intact). He was very transparent about when he would be able to get to the job and consistently updated us throughout the summer. Once he pulled up the existing deck he ended up having to put some extra time into reinforcing it but still only charged us the price he originally quoted.He and his colleague worked quickly and completed the project within a week. They re-used as much of the existing wood as they could to save us money and were friendly, professional and overall pleasant to have around (which was wonderful because we have two small children who were eager to watch the build). When Lucas left, our yard was spotless and the flower gardens around our deck were still completely intact (which was an unexpected bonus).The end product was even better than what we had hoped for. They fully brought out vision to life and even stacked a bunch of the wood we wanted saved in a corner of our yard for us! We love our new deck and pergola and get compliments on it constantly. We will definitely use L.B. Building Company again in the future.
