If your not renting from polonia park, You will be treated as a second class citizen. Very slow on any repairs, if it even gets done!!! Both are in same office at same desk but call both numbers and see what one gets answered whenever and what one gets answered every time. And also without attitude.. What a joke this slum lord company is..

Bad company all what they care is your money, NOT family oriented community as they claim, the place is full of crazy people who make terrible noise and smoke strange stuff without any management action to keep the quietness and safety of the place, moreover the manager is rude and needs a lot to learn how to respect his clients.

The landlord is dishonest & disrespectful, they only care about your money .Tenants get headaches to get the repairs fixed and mostly won't be done.Stairs and hallways cleaned only once each 3 months , they only give promises & answer you with lies.BAD MANAGEMENT""
