This is a wonderful little park it is very clean lots of friendly people and it has a nice path to walk along the river. It is located in big Rapids it’s a wonderful town and this is a wonderful park enjoy

I have lived at The Shores of Anchor Bay for two years. My family and I have had a wonderful experience here. I have only dealt with Nicole and Tracy in the rental office and they are both super helpful and friendly. Our home is comfortable. We never had any issues with anything in this community. The Shores of Anchor Bay is a great place to live!

Very nice park. Homes kept up and clean. Nice playground for kids. Alot of pets though that use other residents lawns for bathrooming. Should have an area for this. It destroys grass . And I definitely wouldn't want to sit outside and have others bringing dogs around and watch them relieve themselves on my area

They were renting a trailer to my niece , they wanted her to buy the trailer, she did not want so they evicted h3r and her three young children! Just don't move here!

My family has lived here for over 12 years and the improvements that have been made since new management has come in has been awesome! Tammy, Amber, Carol, Steve and the rest of the staff have really turned this place around, getting so many things done that had been neglected for so many years! Keep up the great work! They listen and genuinely care about making this a great & safe community for everyone to live in!

Was a resident for 4 years with the change over of 3 management companies. After 4 years was given the letter they won’t be renewing our lease either buy or reapply for another home in the other area not the cove. They never fixed our cabinet after 2 years we were without a door. Good luck getting maintaince to fix anything. Teenagers are so disrespectful and foul language while trying to let my toddler play at the park. Sure new homes and up kept homes but also not great ones. People fly through the streets as well. Run and look somewhere else! We are excited to be moving into a new community with a new home.

I also saw the manager Tammy Gerds take pleasure and snicker at someone she evicted. I know people must pay thrir rent but managers who enjoy watching need to go.

i rate them a 5 star because today on March 14 2023 we went out there to talk to Carole the leasing sales manager and we had a great conversation, and she is funny, friendly, caring, and honest and she answered all of our concerns that we had questions on and me and my husband viewed a nice home i would love to get approved and rent. i read the negative reviews today before coming to this place and i read the positive reviews i like the positive reviews. I said to Carole, we want to give it a try and give this place a chance. Anyways i hope my 3 kids if we get approved can make new friends"
