I went to them due to a tooth pain and to have my upper back denture adjusted. Over a period of six weeks they said I required a new back upper and lower denture. By the time they took nine x-rays they found a few small cavities. They charged me $4995.00 for their work. The upper back denture needed an adjustment after four weeks and I was charged $179.00 though the adjustment was not correct. The tooth that was needed for the upper denture has since crumbled. The only thing they seem to know how to do is run up the costs and take x-rays. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The new clinic is very nice, the staff and Dr York are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and ensure you have a pleasant experience. I rate the clinic 5/5. However, the parking sucks, it's a strong 1/5. It's tight, there are not enough spots, it's difficult to access from the opposing lane, also the signage is poor. The street parking at the old location was much better, despite the construction.

Brett York is rude and not professional by any standards. Highly unprofessional dental clinic. Book 3 months in advance only for my time to be wasted by the dentist. It's as if wasting time for a patient is not of their concern . Do not recommend.

Rini did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She went a lot deeper than other hygienists have and her work was more thorough. She definitely cares about her job. My mouth felt so much better afterwards

Very disappointed. Went in with mad tooth pain was told I'd probably need a root canal by the assistant told her an the dentist I had pain shooting in my ear an across my jaw. They proceed to do a filling as soon as the freezing came out my face hurt worse then when I went in . Went in the next day was seen by another dentist to be told that she has never seen someone do such a deep filling an that it should of been a root Canale. They gave me t3 an steroids an said to come back in 5 days if it's still the same ... now I'v used up all my insurance on the first two visits an in worse pain then before I went in an screwed till my insurance renews next year ! I went to a professional expecting that they would know about teeth as that's there specialty just to be put through worse pain then before I went in . Very Very disappointed

I woke up this morning with an awful toothache and decided to get myself an emergency appointment at Azarko. I called at 8am and they were able to get me in at 11:45am this morning. As someone who has high anxiety involving anything to do with dentistry, I was dreading my appointment and considered cancelling it and just dealing with the pain. I did (thankfully) decide to go through with it and I am so glad that I did.The front desk ladies were extremely personable and I felt slightly more at ease from the moment I walked in. The dental assistant who took me to my room and got my x-ray (I didn't catch her name, I'm sorry!) was wonderful. She was so understanding and definitely kept my spirits up despite my pain. She was a wonderful cheerleader through the worst of it! It turned out that I needed to have my tooth extracted and I began to panic internally. Dr.York gave me all my options but ultimately decided an extraction was the best route to take. He walked me through the entire process and was absolutely excellent. The whole procedure was over in less than 20 minutes from being numbed to the tooth being removed. His kind and compassionate demeanour allowed me to relax and allowed them to do their job, and his humour made the experience far superior to any dental work I have ever had done previously.To all of you at Azarko: Thank you for making a less than desirable situation not only tolerable, but for also easing my anxiety behind going to the dentist in the future. I have already got my complete check up booked with Dr.York in a few weeks and this is the first time I can say I am not absolutely dreading it.If you are on the hunt for a new dentist I 100% recommend reaching out to Azarko. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

We were traveling from out of town, my son had an issue, they managed to get us in immediately. The front desk workers were great, and the destist was well knowledged. We had a great experience, and are thankful they salvaged our vacation in Edmonton.

I went for wisdom tooth extraction on December 27th. After a good battle my dentist told me my tooth broke and piece was left inside, he was going to leave the broken piece inside. I told him I’m not comfortable with the idea, I think he got upset and was very aggressive trying to find the broken piece. He suggested I remove all my wisdom teeth, I said after this horrifying incident I don’t think I ever want to come to dentist again. Fast forward to January 4th, I have dry socket and infection on all my left side, I can’t eat, I can’t open my mouth at all. It’s been 8 days and my condition hasn’t improved, it’s only getting worse day by day. I went for follow up on January 3rd and the front desk asked me to pay since it’s not the same dentist. At this point I made my conclusion that this clinic doesn’t care about patients’ well being, they’re here to make profit and profit only. I was with this clinic for 15 years and I’m very disappointed on how I was treated and how much I’m struggling with my surgery. Please choose a dentist that actually cares about your well-being and not how much money they can make out of you.January 10th I ended up in the emergency and had an emergency surgery the same day. I almost lost my life due to malpractice of this clinic. I went twice for follow-up and was never diagnosed that I had abscess or infection that was developing each day, instead I was sent home with more antibiotics each visit. I was heavily medicated to feel the pain.January 25th, I am slowly recovering however I still can not open my mouth properly and bite. I might have permanent damage on my jaw. The scar from the surgery will be permanent and remind me of the pain and struggles I went through this 3 weeks.I don't intent to ruin Azarko's reputation by my review, but I almost lost my life, I don't wish anyone else to go through what I have experienced, it was painful not only for me but my whole family.

I had a great experience at Azarko Dental Group! The staff was friendly and welcoming when I walked in, making me feel comfortable immediately. In addition, the dentist and hygienist were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone needing dental services.

Highly recommend this dental office! I had a wisdom tooth broken down to the nerve they got me in within an hour and removed it so gently! My usual dentist isn’t open Friday-Sunday so they definitely saved me today!
