We first contacted Nathan because of his good reviews and we were not disappointed! We have hired him a few times and found his communication to be prompt and professional, his prices to be more than fair, and the service to be top notch! In the world of shady trades in the Vancouver area, who don't call back and under deliver, Nathan is a breath of fresh air! On top of all these great qualities, Nathan is a super friendly and genuine person!

Nathan was prompt to respond to my enquiry (unlike many other vendors I contacted, some didn't even bother responding), provided a quote within the same day, was professional, on time and did a good job of cleaning the gutters of my house as well as repaired an area that was problematical. Even though Nathan was very busy, I asked if he could attend sooner rather than later as there was a heavy rainstorm in the forecast; and he accommodated my request despite being fully booked. Nathan and his crew were top notch - did a great job on my gutters and windows. He responded to my request for a quote almost immediately and a detailed email quote was in my inbox within a few hours. The price was very competitive (actually less than half the price quoted by a kilt-wearing national franchise). Nathan provided both before and after pictures of the gutters and emailed them to me upon completion of the work.Nathan and his crew went well above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Nathan even installed some bird-spikes to my downspouts at my request for a small surcharge. He was also able to determine why we were having dripping from between the roof edge and the gutters (the shingles were not overhanging far enough) and proposed a fix with some flashing. He arranged to come back the supplies and fixed it for a very reasonable price.Very responsive, dependable - showed up on time as arranged on both occasions, quality work, and very reasonably priced. I'll be booking my gutter cleaning and window washing with these guys again next year.

A few days later, he came at the specified time and resolved my drainage issues. Observations were explained to me, provided with before and after pictures. Lastly, he revised his charge which was lower than what he originally quoted. Overall, I’m grateful for his memorable service!

Excellent cleaning work, greatly priced. Nathan was very communicative and professional. He provided quick online quote. Even though the work in our house was more than he estimated, he didn't charge over his quote. He lets us know when his previous job got delayed and he wouldn't be on time. Nathan has cleaned the roofs/gutters for our strata for several years. He’s always done an amazing job at a fair price, which is why we keep calling him back. Recently we had a wind storm, and a lot of debris fell, including a huge branch. He did not hesitate to come out on the weekend last minute to clear the debris and check the roof before the rains came. We can’t recommend him enough!
