Excited to see nitro brew here - it was really good! Had the PB waffle which was also really yummy. A bit pricey but it's a very hip place and they seem to have all compostable/recyclable dishes and utensils so probably accounts for that. Nice to see so many vegan options on the menu and with the treats. Will go back soon to try a bowl. Would be nice if they threw a baby change station in the washroom or got rid of a cabinet and had one outside of it to be baby friendly. Staff were friendly and helped get us in the door with our strollers.

My girlfriend and I visited heal this morning as we both wanted to try as we heard great things. It was very clean, very artsy and cool place. We got the Dragon Bowl and Dragon Smoothie and both were terrible. Both things had no taste and was not worth the 28 dollars we spent. We dumped both in the garbage after about drinking/eating 1/8 of the items. I don’t know if the other flavours would be the same or not but definitely not going back.

First time visit ordered dragonfruit smoothie bowl. Fresh fruit ingredients. Expect to spend at least $16 for the smoothie bowl. Great for warm days and for health conscious customers. Paid parking on street.

Heal on Concession Street is Hamilton is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I order a smoothie bowl every Saturday morning, and they are ALWAYS delicious. It’s hard to find a place that is consistently delicious every time you order, but heal definitely achieves that. Just recently tried their waffles and they are just as delicious as the smoothie bowls! Highly recommend this place.

Tasty and fresh smoothie bowls and waffles! The food is excellent but the price is a bit much, mainly for the smoothie bowl - paid $40 (before tip) for 2 smoothie bowls and a waffle. Will save it for a once in a while treat.

I ordered a dragon smoothie and it didn't really taste like anything. The only thing I could pick up on was the oat milk, which had a slight chalky taste. I was expecting more since it had mango, peach and pineapple. It also didn't even taste like it had any agave in it. It is overpriced and you can get more affordable healthy smoothies elsewhere.

Saw this place via google , really great customer service. Very clean environment, and the workers were very patient and friendly. I noticed it a different place for their burgers and smoothies/ bowls. But they are beside each other.The açaí bowl was very filling , I had the dragon bowl , and the blue smoothie. I was in and out within 8min , given there was three of us they were attending to at the same time.
