Juice on the Loose

Always a pleasure coming here. It's nice to see the same face behind the counter who basically already knows what you're restocking on AS you're walking into the store. Courteous and knowledgeable service, just to mention a couple.

I would have to say ... that customer service is great... except for Demien. Never a great experience when he is working. He doesn't seem like he wants to be there. Not friendly at all, when purchasing pods he now said that he is putting a limit on certain stlth pods because people are buying to many of the same kind. He was complaining about doing an order and the next day certain pods where almost gone. Isn't this a good thing that they are selling. And if you notice that a certain type brand flavor is selling more ... order more. Now with the loyalty program isn't it up to the workers to ask for phone numbers. Never does he ask ! I I never have any problems with any of the other staff.

Bad customer service. When a product is broken there should be some kind of assistance but the manager did not care or try to resolve the issue.

Nice clean well displayed shop with lots of selections, the real 5 stars is for the staff though, they are very friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations. This is the only place I shop for my vape needs

I've been going to juice on the loose for a while now, and the customer service is great. Some of the staff remembers me from previous visits and are friendly and bring up conversation. I would give it a better rating if it was in a better location. Sometimes, turning into the parking lot could be a bit of a hassle during traffic.

10/10 as always Sebastian is super kind and knows his stuff!Needed a drip tip and some juice while on a road trip and bam! Got it all right here!!

Incredible vape shop, very nice atomosphere, the hard working juice slinger was very friendly and helpful!Love the custom carpets, and the selection of product is vast!If I'm back in Sudbury and need vape juice, this will be the spot to go!
