Do not go with Bell Smart Home. I ordered the service the installation went super bad and the installer drilled a hole to the middle of my living room wall that's completely newly renovated. I asked beforehand on whether there will be a hole and lines on the other side of the wall and the installer said no but it ended up to be like that! In my previous experience with ADT, they always do the installation with wires hidden inside dry wall, who in the right mind would think that a hole in the middle of a renovated living room space with wires and hole exposed would be a good idea? The installer just left everything everywhere and left.I made a complaint to Bell, Bell customer loyalty sent someone to retrieve their own equipment the day after (of course they want their own equipment back) and told me that they escalated to their 3rd party installation company and i should receive a call within 24 to 48 hours. That was Monday, then Wednesday i received a call from Bell and they again said 24 to 48 hours the installation company will call. It's now Thursday evening, over 24 hours, 3 days ago from when i 1st made the complaint, and no installer has called me. I called Bell again and now they say 5 to 10 business days. When i asked the Bell customer loyalty person what recourse I have if the installation company is not doing anything to fix the mess they left, the representative said that I have no recourse because it is not a Bell problem. I said i am a customer of Bell, not the installation company but Bell won't give me any recourse for the damages cause to my house due to a service i ordered with Bell, the representative said i can try suing Bell!! what kind of an answer is that ! I can't believe that Bell just try to wash their hands off just like that and let customers deal with 3rd party contractors that Bell themselves hired! Do not ever order services from Bell that require any installation.. very poor support, very poor service.

Pire expérience d’achat !!!Nous avons acheter un iPhone X, mais finalement le téléphone a un défaut d’Apple d’origine.Il ne reconnaît pas la carte SIM ... ( difficile même à sortir le tray de la SIM )Et à partir de là l’horreur , plus d’autre iPhone X en stock, ne veut pas rembourser, va voir le technicien pour évaluer / réparer le téléphone neuf... et perte de temps incroyable ... téléphone neuf en réparation ... et finalement non réparable ( peut être à même été ouvert !! )Telephone au ‘patron’ qui a une attitude totalement inacceptable !!Menace mon garçon de 14 ans de Poursuite !!!Menace d’appeler la sécurité et de nous sortir du magasin car nous demandons de nous rembourser ( pas de cellulaire fonctionnel ) !!! En fait ils veulent juste garder la vente et nous faire revenir semaine prochaine ( mais c’est pour un cadeau !! )Le technicien vendeur va même au fond de l’entrepôt pour discuter avec le patron sur son cell afin que nous n’entendions parler pas la conversation !!!Alors qu’il n’ont pas le produit, et ne veulent pas rembourser !Pire magasin à Vie !!!A éviter de toute les manières !!!!Finalement enclenche une procédure de “renonciation” alors que nous n’avons pas changer d’avis, nous voulons juste nous faire rembourser pour aller dans un autre magasin qui a du stock et du SERVICE , et surtout une attitude client ACCEPTABLE !!!Si vous voulez perdre du temps, beaucoup de temps, perdre patiente et vous faire traiter de manière totalement inacceptable, c’est la place !! Bienvenue en enfer !!!Comment Bell peut autoriser des revendeurs comme cela !!! Bell, vous devriez valider vos distributeurs de manière plus sérieuse . Ce magasin est une horreur !!! Le personnel ainsi que le patron sont plus du genre “voleur !! “PS : merci Alan pour votre service inacceptable et vos menaces gratuite De poursuite à mon garçon de 14 ans !!!Éviter ce magasin !!! Allez n’importe où mais pas à cette place de ..........Mise à jour : le lendemain, je suis allez chez Best Buy dix 30, service impeccable , iPhone X en stock en noir et en blanc. Et prix à 380$ alors que ce magasin demande 599$ pour le même téléphone.En plus chargeur wireless et protecteurs écran offert.Allez chez bestbuy et éviter ce magasin de voleur et fraudeurs de la pire espèce !!!Bell, merci de fermer cette succursale rapidement -- inacceptable!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great location. Ample parking in front of the store. Much better than going to the Champlain Mall! Bell must LOWER its prices. A 15 min consultation to better understand and organise my new phone (a Google Pixel7 bought there two weeks earlier) cost me $49.95! I was shocked to be charged and was not told beforehand.
