All the line leaders behave as if they are talking to some animals , these people dont treat workers as human beings , whenever we ask them some simple question ( like guys ask on first day of their work) they always reply with rude comments . In all i wont recommend anybody to work here as line leaders specially aunts dont have no common sense and sense of sensibility regarding workers . Im stunned that these kinds of rude people are given line leaders role

I don’t know why Canadian Government is not taking any step against this company. I don’t call them humans it feel shame. Lady Supervisor(Indian) is having so much attitude, very disrespectful even old employees who are beyond 35+.Please don’t work i this company it’s humble request...

Menasha packaging provides work for newly arrived international students which is a great thing. Generally, the people from agency, line leaders or supervisors behave(at work) like the people in every organisation.But this place definitely needs to bring in some human relations because few people doesn’t have the manners or know how to treat others during work, and lacks workplace culture in general. The management should train their employees to be more polite and respectful.The only problem for me is that I had a reverse cultural shock here!!!Overall, its a good place to work.

It was great there wasn't perishable food items that had to packaged, didn't like having to wear my hair in a bun.

Worked here for a little two years, between 2017 and 2019. The job eas easy at first, but over time, as you become a regular, they keep putting more and more workload onto your duties. As others have mentioned, the staff can be rude, but from my experience it wasn't too bad. There was times when I got into arguements with a line leader - to which she yelled at me like I was a child to have us do more work than we should have.Most of the workers are friendly, especially the older ones. It's a respect thing, you respect them, help them out, etc, and they will for you too. That doesn't transfer to the line leads or management though. On top of that, they like to use blanket rules to fix a problem, rather than dealing with the individual. There was a time when they said anyone going to the washroom after a certain point would be sent home. Can't recall if they ever enforced it, but it was to deal with lazy student workers hanging out in the bathrooms.I stopped working there when they told me work was slow(a lie), told me to wait for a call and never did call. I was a regular and a good worker, but they stopped calling me in - and on top of this, they didn't tell the agency they weren't having me in. Had to find work elsewhere, which I did. I still get emails to this day asking me to come back, so clearly there was work and still is work to be done.

The job is good and easy but what's bad about the workplace is that in the afternoon shift no really speaks English so when someone asked me something in their language I never knew what they were saying.Don't bother to work there

Line leaders are awful. They think people as slaves . DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU HAVE SELF RESPECT IN YOU.

The one thing I don't understand about this place is the language. I mean all the signs are in English and Punjabi. Yes, I said English and Punjabi! I thought the official languages in Canada are English and French. The work is not hard but, I wish everyone spoke either English or French inside the warehouse so if you don't speak Punjabi you don't feel discriminated agaisnt. As a black woman, I have experience discrimination agaisnt these people just because I don't look like them. Ridiculous.
