Rover's Ranch Dog Daycare and Boarding

Rover's has been a godsend for us! Our dog, Maddie was over the moon everytime she was able to go for a day at the ranch. She would come home happy and exhausted at the end of the day. Maddie is a high energy girl but Jess and the staff were terrific with her. From playing with her to sitting on the ground with her till she ate her lunch, she always received the best care. It was also the first place we ever felt comfortable leaving her overnight or for a weeks vacation. We never actually required daycare for Maddie but we put her there for socialization when we first brought her home and she loved it so much we would just leave her for a day of play. We would and have recommend Rover's Ranch to anyone considering daycare or a place to leave their pet for a vacation. It's a great place with a great staff!

I simply can NOT say enough wonderful things about this program and the staff that run it!! My schnorkie was not socialized due to COVID and he was getting really hard to manage around people and other dogs. The experience we have had with Rover's Ranch has been LIFE changing!!! My puppy excited to go to daycare, tired when he comes home, and his behaviour is SO much better!! Thank you so much for all the amazing work you do!!

My two Boston Terriers LOVE Rover's Ranch, and this day care setting has been terrific for me all year. I travel through the SW Ontario area and find the Stratford location to be central. My 7-year old doggies enjoyed the Rover's spacious outdoor play area all summer long and even dipped in the cool pool on those hot days. Now we are boarding overnight on occasion and I have all the confidence that Jess & Neil are taking very good care. They give me personalized updates about both girls all the time. And nothing makes me happier than to see my pups run up the steps directly to meet Jess at morning drop-off - pups are content and know they are going to have a great day! We are going to keep coming to this super space for our furry friends. Highly recommended!

My dog goes to Rover's Ranch five sometimes six days a week while I'm at work and she just loves it there. She comes home a tired, happy pup. The new owners, Neil and Jess, have been wonderful - they clearly communicate how your dog's day was, what they got up to, and if there are any medical or behavioural problems that need addressing. I've also boarded there overnight and it's been an equally good experience. I would (and have!) recommended them to anyone looking to keep their dog busy and looked after during the day.

My dog loves going to Rover's Ranch. She knows where we are as soon as I pull into the driveway, and marches herself right to the door as soon as she can.One of the huge pros to Rover's is that once your dog is approved to go to daycare, you don't need to book daycare visits in advance, but simply arrive during their designated drop off hours. This is extremely convenient for me, as work can sometimes pull me away from town for the day without much notice... and I can always rely on Rover's to keep my dog busy for the day.

We left our dog Ozzie for daycare last weekend and had a fantastic experience. Both Neil and Jess were friendly and accommodating. And Ozzie had the best time! He clearly enjoyed being at the day care and was sleepy for the rest of the day. They even sent us a cute photo of him playing with other dogs. I highly recommend Rover's Ranch to anyone looking for a doggy day care.

Reese loves Rover's! She starts telling me to get there faster as soon we turn onto Norfolk street. I love the fact that the dogs are not kenneled. They are free to go in & out of the ranch house & large yard when-ever they want. The entire area inside & out is very safe & dog friendly. Jess & Neil are great. They take great care of & obviously love, the dogs. Reese recently had a sleep-over" for a few days & loved it. I was sent updates

Wow cannot believe what was said to us today when we called to cancel our New Years Eve boarding due to the covid numbers for our dog. Our dog was no longer welcome at Rovers Ranch due to his size. He is a chocolate lab of 4 years, and weighs 120 lbs. Apparently they cater to small dogs or those who are not let’s say a little over weight. He has been going to Rovers for over 3 years. They are using his size to say don’t come back, because they failed to call us on his last boarding visit when he got so sick overnight that he had to be put on 2 different medications and a week of vet checks just to get him back to half healthy. Instead of calling us to see if the dog was ok for a business to really be concerned they turn you away. He was under there care for boarding, they should have showed more compassion and concern. I don’t recommend this place if you have a big or larger than a normal size dog, he won’t be welcome.

Just picked up my miniature and standard schnauzer from Rover's Ranch. I was nervous about leaving them while we were on vacation, and did not want to put them in a typical kennel. Neil and Jess were great, and reassured me that Chance and Harley would be well taken care of. We received numerous updates and pictures while we were on vacation, and our dogs loved it. They were happy and tired when we picked them up. I love that they had a big open yard to run around in, and lots of space in the house. What an amazing place for dogs to have their own vacation! This is the only place we'll board our dogs! Thanks Neil and Jess for taking such good care of our dogs!

Abbie really enjoyed her visits at the Ranch, and I was so pleased with her getting such wonderful attention and care by the staff. They couldn't have been more accommodating for us both.
