As much as i loathe to say it, the Habenerro loaded bowl was tasty af. Not too spicy, but a lil bit of heat to complement the nice flavors. This isn't fine dining, but it was definitely better than many other on-the-go options.

0 star for every thing. They don’t know how to talk to their customers. Atleast call out when the order is ready. The morning staff is good but the evening one are terrible. Please provide training to your staff. People who can not provide good customer service while working in this industry. Should not work here!!!

I took my grandmother here in hopes of enjoying a coffee and some snacks as it was her day out from the home. She is only allowed one day every other week and I thought what better way than to spend it at such a well established restaurant such as Tim Hortons. Was I ever wrong. The food was sub par as the coffee was Luke warm and the donuts tasted as though they were made many hours ago. Unfortunately it only got worse. We were extremely respectful despite the situation with the food. However, the server on duty berated us for speaking too loud despite having our tone only slightly above a conversation level to be heard over all the hustle. She yelled at us and told us that if we didn’t like it, we could leave. The only redeeming quality of our visit was a male worker working the window named Paden. His customer service was very inviting and he helped our very need. Suffice to say that after this situation we will not be returning.

my experience was terrible! the girl at the window( dian) had a attitude so bad it made me nauseous. i was simply trying to order my food and she kept rolling her eyes back! they got our order very wrong and got mad when i tried to tell her my right order! is it that hard? you work at a tim’s for a living the most you can do for your job is get my food right. she handed me my food in such a utterly rude way and rolled her eyes again. alexander on the other hand was very polite and treated me in a very good and non harmful way. we love you alexander!

Arrived around 7:45pm. Only customer in store. One staff (supervisor) behind counter. Waiting with grandchildren, staff did not acknowledge us. I finally asked if she was the only one working? Staff said other staff on break. I said ok, np. She said she would be right with me. I observed for minutes her taking orders from drive thru, making orders and taking more orders. I said, Miss I don't think that's fair your taking vehicles just pulling in and we have been standing here waiting. She said I know, and continued to take care of drive thru. I waited with my grandchildren a few more minutes as she still still took care of drive thru. We walked out of store. This was very insulting, and ignorant. I am completely devasted for my grandchildren to witness that we were not served, and ignored. I am very upset over this, and being disregarded was not professional at all. I will be writing a letter to head offic. I'm saddened that a terrible message was sent to my grand children by the staffs conduct alone.

The service isn't great. This store needs to get its ducks in a row. I am all about supporting local businesses, but they need to step it up. Have more staff designated to serve walk-in traffic, and the students need to socialize on breaks or after work. Needs better structure. I will say that the store is clean. I hate to give a review like this, but I need to be honest. They've messed up my orders too many times. I hope to be able to change it in the future.

Very rude staff, I went to order a bagel and the lady at the counter was very rude and gave me nothing but attitude the entire time even though I was nice. I work customer service too, so this is unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst tim hortans i’ve ever been to. It’s the closest, so i’ve had numerous unprofessional and terrible experiences there. Specifically Dienne who is always incredibly rude due to her own mistakes. After messing up our order completely, she grew obviously enraged and nearly threw our food at us out the window. She certainly should not be working in service with that kind of attitude. On the other hand, one employee named Alexander has always given incredible service and is always so kind and professional. Although he doesn’t have the courage to make the potato wedges, he makes the most decorative iced capps; truely exquisite.
