I was the happiest person to get my car back as a word of mouth from Mr.Singh but unfortunately the car I got back is even in the worst condition.Detailed adjusted amount was somewhere of $12000, I have my engine lights on, car parts missing from inside the car and total functionality is even worse. It was a 15 day assignment.After spending a 1 Month at a body shop, they still did not manage to clean or detail my car as it was vandalized and other than Small Sunroof panel nothing was fixed. The damages mentioned in the adjuster form is completely untouched. Sensors not working anymore and engine light is on. I own a C300.Moreover the rental company Mr.Singh arranged my rental car from( Optimum Car Rental) is nothing more than unprofessional scammers from India. I have been threatened that my name will be sent to Collections agency if I do not manage to contact my Insurance provider and convince them to approve the rates they proposed after asking for $500 deposit I put in.Never expected this from Cheema Autobody, what a waste. I had my drivers door damaged by wind and it would no longer close ..I called begging for help and I was invited to come get my issue looked at Immediately.. these kind hardworkers had my car door fixed in a few minutes and then refused payment.I work close by they are always so busy.Always so kind.Nice rides coming and going constantly.I highly recommend this business for all your autobody repairs and more!!

Horrible horrible experience. Left a car with them for an engine replacement and the cars been stuck in their shop for 3 months. I’ve taken my car from them and to another mechanic only to find out they stole a lot of parts from the new engine and now I have to repurchase these parts again. Not only that, they make a lot of excuses. The interior was destroyed by their lack of sense. And now I’m having to buy vvt motor, water pump, power steering pump twice due to their negligence. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Horrible business. Horrible business owner. Horrible employees with no car for a customers car. Tan interior bmw now has heavy grease glove marks all along the interior from them. New mechanics can’t find a single bolt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEGLIGENT COMPANY!!!!! Will be updating with pictures soon. Not even trust worthy of an oil change. I wouldn’t even recommend bringing your car to check your tires!

I have utilized this company many times to service my vehicle. From certifications, to seasonal tires purchase. I have to say that I am fully satisfied with the service provided by the team. They are trustworthy, open and honest about the service needed for your vehicle. This is a business I trust them 100% with my vehicle they always ensure i get proper service needed for my vehicle and at a reasonable price.

Worst place ever they are crooks here and abusive and soon I'll be posting a video of my incounters with cheema and his son not only here but YouTube Facebook and also over to the police department. Despicable people and no way shape or form peaceful or truthful. They will use and abuse your car switch parts and keep your car for long periods of time so they can drive it. I know this because I witness it everyday. They re wannabe bullies who use up the entire parking lot with junk cars including spots that belong to other businesses in the plaza. They have no respect for there neighbors don't think they will respect you and especially if your a white Canadian let alone a woman. Do not go here, police are always there looking for cheema because he and his son are crooks. DO NOT GO HERE!!!.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I brought my car to this shop for a transmission rebuild with a referral from a friend. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks as to the status of my car constantly saying “ it will be ready tomorrow”. After +3 weeks when I finally went to pick up my car and I had to wait another 6 hours for them to finally bring it around, that’s when I found out that they outsourced the work to another shop, to someone that seemed like his buddy. We had agreed on a price before the work started with tax included and confirmed the price 3 times throughout those 3 weeks and when I went to pay I was surprised to find that he was trying to increase the price by $400!!! I asked for an outline of what required the extra $400 and he became extremely defensive and couldn’t give me an explanation to the point where his son came in as well and they both started to verbally attack me. They refused to provide an invoice without charging me even more money (illegal!!!). After refusing to pay the extra $400 and paying the agreed upon price I took my car and left. Not even 500 meters from the shop my car started to slip out of 2nd gear and was making a ticking sound in reverse. I brought it back and waited another week for him to tell me that it was my shifter cables, highly unlikely as that would affect all gears not just 1 (confirmed by a separate mechanic). When I got the car back and inspected it myself it was obvious that they didn’t seal the transmission properly as it was leaking. They wanted me to bring the car back and leave it with them which I refused and brought it to another mechanic who told me that the transmission wasn’t sealed properly, the engine mounts were shot, and my battery holder was missing. This shop is below subpar, and they’re customer service is absolutely atrocious. They will try to rob you blind. -1000000/10 would never recommend!

Terrible service we gave him our car a year ago for transmission replacement and they kept saying they were missing parts and finally when we got our car back the plates had been stolen and after a week the transmission blew again and we just got it back and there are still problems and he didn't fix anything and he want to charge us another 2000 on top of the 6000 he charged us before.

Horrible horrible experience. I wish I can give them minus million stars.My car engine give ticking noise. Owner told me that whenever you are due for oil change we will add a Lucas engine silent liquid. Last weekend(July 9, 2022)I went there for oil change and the owner was on a vacation to USA. I explained the other person who was managing the shop that a liquid needs to be added. He began oil change and later told me that they don’t have the Lucas liquid. He said that the liquid doesn’t need to be added during oil change only. You can also add it later. He advised to come back on a weekday and gave surety that it’s completely ok.Today(2 days after oil change) I went there and talked to the owner and explained the whole situation. Owner said no no no that oil only needs to be added during oil change. He said his worker doesn’t know about it. He said you should have only come to me and talked to me.Now if the workers don’t know anything then why are they running the shop? Why are the workers giving customers wrong information? Why they gave surety that oil can be added later? Why are they allowed to do something or even touch the customer’s vehicle when they don’t know anything?Owner clearly said he and his workers are not even 1% wrong. He was not willing to take any responsibility. Instead he started arguing with me(customer) being wrong about going ahead with oil change FROM HIS SHOP, FROM HIS WORKERS when he was not around. When asked if the owner would do something about the situation or take responsibility of their worker’s wrong doing, he asked me to leave the shop immediately. He even refused to call the worker who did wrong.In conclusion, They don’t listen. They don’t accept if they made a mistake. Don’t trust their word, their work or anything. I learned it the hard way. Had a really bad experience and talking to the owner was worst.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY REPAIRS.
