Despite booking online to pickup from a different location, my pickup and drop off location was changed to this location at ESSO (20 minutes away from where I had booked for pickup). When I arrived for my 10am pickup at 9:50am, I effectively needed to redo all paperwork upon arriving. The employee walked away with my license and credit card, and was rude and dismissive when I asked for an explanation for what was going on. After continued requests for communication, I was told only then that there was an issue with the website" while the employee stayed on video chat on their phone.When I finally got to the truck I rented - half an hour after my scheduled pick up - the truck was disgusting. Doritos and staples littered the seats and there was even an earring left on the passenger seat.When returning the truck
