Love this place. Went there yesterday to look at the cockatiels. The lady who works on the bird section (dont wanna add her name) was so so so nice. She let me hold a few of the cockatiels, including a baby. Spent well over an hour with me, letting me handle one of the cockatiel that I wanted (and did) buy. It was really nice to be able to handle the animal in store to make a decision before buying it. She taught and showed me so many tips and tricks about birds which will be put to great use. I felt so welcome, and didnt feel rushed to leave. I will definitely be going back in the future! Picture added is the cockatiel i spent over an hour with in store, and that I actually brought home.

Good pet shop great inventory and low price! Lower than other big chains. Today, one employee told me they stopped the litter loyalty program with which you accumulated points and got a discount after a certain amount. Well it was either raising the individual price of litter bags or dropping the fidelity program. They decided to keep the same price per bag instead of keeping the fidelity program which would have made the per bag price higher. In my opinion people like me are not really making a lot of savings with fidelity, but arguing that they prefer to axe it and keep the same price because of inflation is in my thoughts the best choice!So not only do they have a good inventory, products and prices, but they also care for their customers and today I realized it again. So why not review them and share my opinion!Thanks

Super friendly staff explained to us about the birds we were shopping for. They let us and my kids touch and see the birds, many were very friendly. Awesome place!
