I have no words to describe how amazed I am with Rachel's work. She did my hair and the hair of 3 other family members in my wedding. With changes due to the pandemic and the fact that I was unexpectedly moving out of province, I was in a tight deadline to find a hair stylist. Rachel fit me in for a trial! I could not be more thrilled! Not only she did an AMAZING job with my hair, which lasted for the entire night (even with wind and rain), she also was the best person to be around. Thank you Rachel! Rachel is the most talented hair stylist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have naturally long, coarse, thick, curly hair and it is a challenge for even the most seasoned hair stylist. Due to this, I have had stylists that have refused to work on my hair and have also had many disappointing results from hair appointments. Having my hair done makes me ANXIOUS and I am not really a fan of what my hair looks like in updos, but my dress was best suited to this hair style. Knowing my previous challenges, I spent AGES researching hair stylists and looking for someone that could tackle the challenge - and then I found RJ Style Co. From the get go Rachel was a dream - she was so sweet and easy to work with and she took everything in stride. Not once did she make me feel bad for the mass of hair she was faced with, and she turned out a STUNNING updo. I don’t know how she did it, but she was able to make my hair smooth and shiny - something I have been told forever just wasn’t possible with my hair texture. After my trial, she was able to make recommendations for her approach, to ensure that we were able to stick to our schedule and accommodated a very last minute request with no issue. The day of the wedding was so enjoyable with Rachel’s positive energy, and the hairstyle was beautiful and bulletproof - I didn’t lose a single curl or bobby-pin during a full night of dancing. She may be using magic, but regardless, run do not walk to book this stylist!!

Rachel maintains a professional practice while simultaneously being friendly and warm. Every time I seek her service, it is always better than expected. She is well versed in all things hair, from styling to cutting to dying. You can trust that whatever you envision for your hair will be perfectly executed. What more can you ask for?

Rachel was recommended by another one our vendors. I ended up following her on Instagram for a while and looked her style and useful tips in her posts. Through our communication she was always will to provide advise on hair care and styling leading up to the big day. She was very easy going and fun when I met her for my trial and was able to take a few different style aspects I liked and put them together to create a unique look that fit me perfectly. She was able to replicate this on the big day, and provide amazing styles for my bridesmaid’s unique hair style, including my maid of honours super curly hair. Her personality, knowledge, and versatile skill make her an excellent choice for your wedding needs.

Rachel is Absolutely incredible at what she does! I personally only trust her with my bridal or event styles, and I, myself am a hairstylist in Los Angeles. I even refer my clients to her when she’s available and in town.Not only is she always punctual and professional…but she’s always showing up with a genuine smile on her face and ready for whatever comes her way! ( I can’t tell you the styledisasters she’s fixed on a whim or designs and styles shes come up with in just minutes before walking down the aisle that looked hopeless and drab, that she turned into GOLD! - as bridal parties or the bride you just never know what’s coming your way on the “day of”.)She effortlessly and gently (the lightest hands/doesn’t break your hair or pull and brush hard) makes you feel confident you can trust her and the finished look is always flawless (she can turn a messy bun into a bohemian masterpiece.)5 stars from me always. And Yes I’be booked her for my upcoming wedding. There’s no one else!

Definitely my go-to-girl for anything hair related! She’s done my hair on so many occasions and always made me feel the most beautiful afterwards. Her attention to detail and being able to make any style come together so effortlessly is incredible! It is always a 12/10 experience with Rachel!! Love you girl!
