Gene at Stephenson was awesome! Great advice on how to replace the brake caliper and rotor on my 2022 Doo. Had the parts on hand and at reasonable price. Highly recommend! Made it possible to ride the day with my kiddo at Coal Creek all the way to the Notch!

I’ve never written a review for a business before, but my experience from this shop was so overwhelmingly positive I just had to. I had a brake line blow out on my car at 5:00 on a Friday less than a kilometre from this shop so I drove it there expecting to leave it for the weekend and hopefully they’d take a look at it when they reopen. Not only did they take my car into the shop almost right away, but they made and installed the new brake line within an hour. The owners are extremely friendly, honest and genuinely happy to help you out, and for a shop I don’t think you can ask for more. Absolute stand out service and staff. If I could give more than five stars I would, this is now my go to shop in Fernie

Best sled mechanic in the valley. Even took my Audi to them ,and they did a fantastic job. He can fix anything! Even bought a used truck from the shop, which has been amazing. Only good things to say about this crew. Best prices around.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Incredible customer service and hospitality. Was driving through Fernie on a 9 hour journey, stopped here because my car was having issues and I had no idea what it could be and the owner & his wife took amazing care of us! Even drove us into town and gave us a little tour when we had to leave the car with him. The owner was very knowledgable but explained things easy enough for non-car people to understand!! I would defiantly recommend going to this place if you are in Fernie!

I feel comfortable with this shop. I can send my wife in, and they don't sell her muffler bearings......they are honest people, a real great Mom and Pops shop. They are the only people I trust with my vehicles.
