This location doesn’t answer the phone when you call and on top I had two packages to pick up and they only gave me one saying that they only had the one just to find out that the delivery person did drop off the other package .Not happy

Would give 0 stars if I have a choice. Dropped by yesterday (03/06) to drop off a UPS package. Store attendant was very condescending and accused me of damaging" his store items (which were gift bags). I would avoid dropping off UPS packages in this location."

Since there is not option for zero stars, one will suffice. This store should not be a UPS access point! I’ve made a formal complaint to UPS about this place because I always have issues picking up my packages. Today was the last straw! He would not release our package, because it had my husbands name on it, and he didn’t even scan it! He gave me an ignorant reply and said to deal with ups myself and don’t bother him. This store shouldn’t even be in business with how they treat people! I will not be coming here anymore to get my packages. They can be sent back!

The location is listed as open from 8am on UPS website. Me and another person waited until 8:15 on Wed to drop our packages and eventually left as the store was still closed. Also no business hours posted on the store front at all - see the pic.

Literally the worst location for picking up packages. I got an email saying that my package was dropped off here Apr 9 and not more then a day later the clerk told me that he sent the package back to the sender. Clerk is ignorant and not helpful at all. Told me to just call Ups after I repeated asked him why he shipped it back. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all cost!
