If you have PTSD do NOT go see this lady. She is extremely pushy even after you tell her you can't handle talking about this right now. I should of just walked out.I also had to repeat myself several times in the conversation. She doesn't listen.

Michelle has helped me immensely since I started working with her. Her multi-modality approach to counselling and focus on somatic work has helped me work through a very complex history of abuse and trauma. It is extremely hard to find adequate trauma-informed counselling in Saskatchewan and I can say without a doubt that working with Michelle has vastly improved, if not saved, my life and the relationships I hold dear.
