The staff from Paul Davis did a great job on our flooded basement. They responded quickly & had the right equipment to make things happen fast. They were here in the morning after the pipe burst. The guy's were very professional and polite . The water was cleaned up immediately. Floor was removed . And drying started immediately . The contractors that they used were fantastic , polite , and very concerned about not leaving any mess. Matt from Paul Davis seemed very concerned about the clean-up right thru to completion . I would highly recommend using Paul Davis. Professional , polite and on time.

A couple years ago the city hired these contractors to get some work done in our house that the landlord simply wouldn't do. What should have been 2 weeks of work they dragged out for a full year. Yes, I said a FULL YEAR. In the end they rushed it and it all looked like it needed to be done again. At least it wasn't My money wasted on them I guess.

Please be careful if you are in need of help and are not fully educated on this type of company. I was told to sign on a line on the reps phone, without a full explanation on cost or any type of formal quote. When I brought up my concerns, the information was forwarded to the owner Peter, who said The insured signed an authorization and approved services without knowing the actual costs of said services. Our final invoice was $***** before taxes. The balance of $**** is our profit. As this profit is below what would normally expect I cannot authorize lowering this invoice."This was forwarded to me from the rep. He also goes on to tell the rep to let me know to pay ASAP or it will be sent to collections. The owner never reached out to me to help

I am very happy to recommend Paul Davis. Peter and his employees are very polite and professional. Very informative. They kept our belongings safe in storage while the work was going on and when it was done, they cleaned the whole area and left it spotless. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have had a very good experience with Paul Davis. Despite having a house fire back in august we were able to be back in our home just in time for Christmas! :) All of our clothes and other soft content were dry cleaned and returned on hanger in plastic wrap or nicely folded in boxes.the bigger items were cleaned up and stored until we needed them. The work was done professionally and looks great!Getting a hold of Peter from Paul Davis for any questions or concerns was easy, he would always call back within a half hour if he wasnt in the office.Very happy we decided to go with Paul Davis.

Our water heater sprung a leak and damaged carpet and walls in our basement. The Paul Davis crew was prompt, professional and gave me confidence that the job would be done right. They were an advocate for us with our insurance claim. Throughout the entire restoration project they clearly communicated the schedule and set expectations for what was going to happen next. And our finished basement is perfectly restored to what we had before the incident. I'm glad we didn't try to manage the restoration ourselves. Hopefully I won't have another emergency requiring their services :) but if I do, I will definitely call Paul Davis.

Paul Davis employees were kind and flexible and made us very comfortable considering our situation. Even with the lengthy duration of our restoration (due to matters out of everyone’s control) they continued to be supportive and kept our things safe in storage. We were the victims of an accident that caused damage to our home. Paul Davis reps showed up promptly and submitted insurance reports and followed through ,keeping us informed every step of the way. Hoping we never need them again, we definitely would call them first. Well done.

We have really appreciated, so far, the prompt, courteous, thorough services of Paul Davis in dealing with our recently-flooded finished, furnished, basement.They have different teams that come in to inspect, estimate, dry out, clean up, and refurbish our basement… and we are currently in this process with them.We’re eagerly looking forward to the day when our basement has been fully restored!
