We had ordered chairs that needed to be assembled. My husband spent 3 hours, and a friend spent an hour, trying to assemble even 1 chair, with no success. I found Go Getter Inc and spoke with a Team member and booked an appointment. The Go Getter Inc Staff arrived on time, kept the work area clean, worked efficiently and professionally, and within a short time: 1 chair was assembled. After that, the remaining 5 chairs were quickly and easily assembled by the Go Getter Inc Team. I was so ever grateful that the fellows had success for my requested job". We've used GoGetter's multiple times. Two years ago they were wonderful. They were careful, polite and efficient. This year, when we employed their moving services again, we were left with dented doors, large holes in the drywall. The movers were great guys, but did mess up a few times, and it showed.I called to complain about the issues and was pleasantly surprised by the initial response. However, they sent me a contractor who didn't have time to fix it and who didn't know how to help with the door issues. Very disappointing. I ended up spending late nights at our old house teaching myself how to patch drywall, trying to match paint, and cursing this moving company. This is exactly what I didn't want to do and why we hired movers.We had previously referred multiple friends to them. So much so that when they showed up for my move, we returned a cart of theirs from another friend that they had left on the job site just a few weeks prior.Unfortunately, we will no longer be passing along a good word for this company.

We hired these movers to help us move this past weekend. I have emails confirming the booking and yet nobody showed up leaving us scrambling with a one year old in tow trying to get a U-Haul rental on no notice. Don't hire these movers if you actually need to move. 24 hours later and we still haven't had anybody return our phone calls or emails.

I had used GoGetter for two previous moves and was happy with their service. However, in my more recent move on November 3, I was shocked at the inexperienced movers assigned to me. The move took 8 hours for the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment because they didn't pack the truck properly. They lost" a box containing cutlery and other sentimental items including my daughters baby spoon. They also forgot to move several items which required a return trip to the original address. I moved from the basement of a house to a 6th floor apt about 10 mins away. Typical living room bedroom items, sofa, recliner, queen mattress and bed frame. I had quotes from the top 7 companies in Wpg, they were the lowest by about 35%. Easy to deal with, friendly and focused. Team was here on time and were loaded up in 10 mins. Even with an issue waiting for the elevator the team had me moved in to the apt in just under an hour, under the quoted price. I was 100% satisfied and tipped accordingly.

I hired these guys to move a couple pieces of exercise equipment from my parents basement to the basement of my condo. They were really friendly and the equipment was heavy and I felt bad so I even tipped them. Little did I know that they must have hit the front side of the treadmill while getting it over here...they didn't make mention if it and I didn't think to turn it on to see if everything was in working order.I was really disappointed that when I turned it in it was noisy and something definitely sounded broken. I called them back a few days later but never got a return call.I paid them $250 to have it moved and then another $70 to have it repaired. Luckily it was just the casing that houses the motor in the front that cracked (big crack, big enough for them to be aware)...it was drooping onto the belt so a few screws later it was fixed.Really suprised and disappointed that they weren't forthcoming about this, especially when charging what they do for the move.

It wasn't the largest or most complicated move, but I was thrilled with the crew's friendliness, communication, and attention to our move and our belongings. They were very efficient both with the loading and unloading and trying to make sure certain items got to the right place right away. Can't thank you guys enough, you played a large part in making the day easy and stress-free for us.

When I recently made the decision to move for the first time in 17 years, I chose to use professional movers to save myself some time and spare my back. I started researching movers in the city and Go Getter caught my attention right away due to their high review rating. I emailed them asking how to start the process and received a response almost right away. After getting a totally reasonable quote I decided to book with them. The two-man crew showed up on time and after taking a quick look around to formulate a plan they started working right away. Both guys were super friendly, moved incredibly quickly and took extreme care while handling everything. Beginning to end only took about 3 hours, coming in under the quote. I was very impressed with everyone involved and I highly recommend Go Getter to anyone looking to move!

Moving is a stressful time. These guys made it a breeze. Professional, careful and fast! And oh so quiet. I think they should call themselves Ninja Movers. That's how quiet they were. I couldn't tell when they were in my apartment or when they were already loading my furniture in the truck.I had tons of questions and concerns and sent Lenny at the office numerous emails.
