Canada post delaying time sensitive documents, not allowing for pick up from the facility and not providing reason for 6 day delay.Item still not received.This is an extremely important document and I have not slept for 48 hours due to the stress this is causingWe had no choice but to mail via Canada Post otherwise we would have never used this awful 'service'.

My parcel was marked as delivered but when I checked my locked apartment mailbox it wasn’t there, Canada Post said they couldn’t find it and that they had lost it

I have noticed a few of my parcels via the tracking number that “are out for delivery” but never make it to my address. Parcels return the the post office with “delivery delayed until next business day” but don’t get delivered.People pay for expedited shipping and delivery services and are not compensated for when the service they pay for doesn’t happen.

Contacted their customer service department by electronic ticket on their website, as I was having an issue with the parcel locker key in my community mailbox, and they contacted me the next business day to resolve the issue.
