Fabelite Dry Cleaners

We have been using Fabelite Dry Cleaners for about 6 months now. We love them! They come and pick up our dry cleaning from our home and deliver it back to our door 2-3 days later. Their rates are very reasonable and their service is impeccable. Try them out; you won't be disappointed.

Thank you Fabelite!First time visiting this dry cleaner and dropped off two suits over the weekend (both suits were quite new). Three days later, I picked them up as I was heading out of town for a business meeting to find one of the suits had been badly damaged. The buttons on one sleeve were terribly scratched up. Additionally, the two buttons on the front of the suit were also noticeably damaged (the damage was very visible from a distance). It looked like a dog had chewed on them as the surfaces were uneven and very rough.Given the apparent damage, I was unable to wear the suit and had to find a replacement suit the day before my meeting. As suit buttons vary in size and quality, they were not able to replace any of my buttons but offered me a discount" for future services. At this point

Definitely my go-to dry cleaning company. Love the fact that they can simply pickup and drop off clothing from my residence. Very competitively priced. Did a fantastic job on a very expensive jacket which had a stain on it. Definitely recommend this service.

Honestly, this was the most refreshing customer experience I’ve ever had. After being disappointed with my initial dry cleaning experience I expressed my concern to management and not only did they redo my clothes to PERFECTION, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and all my needs were not only met but exceeded. The care and effort and genuine want to help make my day will not go unappreciated or unnoticed. I genuinely thank you for your excellent customer service and quality dry cleaning experience. Great pick-up service - super easy and convenient. They replaced some damaged buttons on my dress shirts without being asked (that actually were damaged from a previous cleaner). They are really focussed on customer service. Price is a bit more than the previous cleaner I used but the ease and convenience of the pickup service is worth it plus the cleaning is excellent so far - clean with no damage.

Great prices, quick service and amazing quality. I brought my white parka here that i have worn for 2 seasons without dry cleaning in between and it was completely dirty on the seams. There was a spot by the front pocket that was a yellowish stain from previous dry cleaning. Have brought this jacket to 2 different dry cleaners after that stain appeared and they were not able to remove it. I was not expecting for it to be gone when i had this jacket picked up but the stain was gone! Thank you so much for you patience and commitment! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Image Dry Cleaners are fantastic! This is a well run family business that offers dry cleaning alterations and repairs AND is environmentally friendly! The staff are friendly, informed and always greet you with a kind word.I have never been disappointed with my cleaning or alterations and everything is always on time. The only surprise here is the high quality of the work and the service.

Dropped off a winter coat right at closing the night before and had it fully turned around by midday the following day. Exceptional service from Mark start to finish. My coat was even missing a couple buttons and he went out of his way to try replace/fix some of them at no extra charge. First time using a dry cleaning service and I am now a customer for life.

This dry-cleaner ruined my beautiful TWO silk white shirts and I thought the way they handled the matter was dishonest and insincere. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAVORITE CLOTHES TO THIS PLACE!! THEY COULD RUIN, AND YOU WON'T GET FOR WHAT YOU LOST.First of all, they didn't tell me they ruined my shirts at the time I picked up them. I noticed that the shirts color was turned into UGLY tinted yellow when I got home. I went back to the dry-cleaner and complained. They dry-cleaned the shirts once again, for some reason it took for a week, but they were unable to fix the color.What they gave me for compensation were, 2X $50 coupon and refund for the dry-clean cost for the ruined two shirts (of course) and another cloth worth $13. At first, they offered $50 coupon only. I insisted I would rather receive cash because how would I want to have my important clothes dry-cleaned by them again. They said they were unable to process cash so they would offer another $50 coupon. I still don’t think the compensation was fair. My shirts costed about $300 each and I really loved them. They are the only silk shirts I have. The coupons have absolutely no value to me. Probably I should have fought more, but I am not used to negotiate things and completely lost my energy to continue to argue with them.Almost forgot to mention, the worst thing was they did not apologize for what they have done. Not at all. What I heard was It won't happen again
