Stopped here on a whim, while traveling from Toronto to Detroit, it was amazing food but the best part was the service, which normally is non existent in desi shops. Akshit (cook) and Mukesh (waiter) were awesome and went above and beyond to help us choose the right items and catered our needs perfectly. Will definitely will be making this place a regular stop!!

Came here with my Wife and must say it was an amazing experience. The small store environment really added to the authentic BBQ experience and the staff was amazing overall. Thats all before the food itself. We had ordered the Rack of Beef ribs (7 piece) to share between us and we just enjoyed it thoroughly. The ribs were doused in BBQ sauce, the seasoning was immaculate and the fries as the side were extremely well done! Aksheet the waiter was just as amazing as he sought to our every need!10/10 experience will definitely recommend to anyone!

The meats and salads are consistently to die for! Never change the salads lol ( please ) , they’re so good! The wings are grilled to perfection . My husband the professional grill artist had 0 complaints and that’s the first !

I always order short ribs. It tastes very good and comes with three sides.Also, I tried the holy burger, I liked it as well. It is a little pricey but I would recommend this place as a restaurant that serve unique delicious dishes in Windsor.

Good BBQ! Meat was tender and full of flavor. I had the rib eye platter. My friends had the chicken breast wrap. I will try the jerk chicken next. They grill over a coal pit. Fries are seasoned nice too. Prices are whether they should be.

Tried their Peri peri Chicken and Armenian Chicken platters. The peri peri did not taste as peri peri. Each one costs 22$ but the quantity was not good according to the price. I would not say the taste was bad but may I this is my first and last visit. I wanted to rate 3* but I do not harm their business so I gave 4.

Smokies BBQ in Windsor is a hidden gem on somewhat not so busy area on Ottawa street. It was recommended to me by couple of friends to go try their food. So, I went there with my family on a Friday for dinner. Me and my daughter ordered the holy burger combo. My son ordered the rib steak burger combo and my wife ordered shorts ribs plate (2 pieces). By the way I had to call around noon to make sure they put the ribs aside. And finally a skewer of jerk chicken to try. We were told that the chicken takes about 30 minutes to be ready and the burgers and ribs should be done in about 20 minutes or so. We were excited to learn that they use charcoal grill to cook the food, but it gets really smoky in there. The burgers were slightly dry and the bun was nothing special. It tasted like a cheap off the shelf grocery store white bun. They dont serve ketchup or any other condiments with their burgers and you have to pay $1.25 for any tiny container of condiments you get, that did not make sense at all. That could be a deal breaker for some customers. I'm not a ribs guy, but my wife said they where delicious and I ended up trying a small piece and it was good. The kids rated their burgers an 8 and 9. Their customer service is amazing and when I told one of the owners my feedback, he was very open about it and said he will make it better for us next time. He offered us free drinks and was very hospitable. I would have give it 5 out 5 if it wasn't for the slightly over cooked patties and It was on us too that we did not tell them how we like it cooked. We have decided to go back soon to try their kebabs and other menu items.

Amazing food. Excellent customer service. I didn't know much about this place until today. My wife heard about it from a friend of hers. So glad you just tried it out today. The ribs were amazing! The meat was literally falling off the bone. The jerk chicken was really good. Well cooked and seasoned. A bit too spicy for us. We'll try them mild the next time. Portions were great and the price was just. We just ordered one ribs platter for the two of us and still ended up bringing leftovers. Really filling.

If you plan on dining in, then make sure to CALL AND RESERVE.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.Came from the US, I arrived inside at 6:30 PM on a Sunday. After scrambling around for parking for 10 min due to construction. The restaurant was completely EMPTY of customers. Despite that I was turned down due to a party of 16 who had made a reservation. FYI they only have seating for about 16. 4 tables of 4? I was told the party would arrive in maybe 15 minutes. They could only accommodate if I came back after an hour. Apparently this is my fault because I failed to read comments and reviews that people recommend to reserve and that the venue is small. Facebook page has no such official communication. I recommended the manager on the spot to clearly post this information/their recommendation for all customers to see. They should just have a website or maybe reservations via Google if they acknowledge it's such a big issue.I cannot comment on food, it must be good so I gave it 3 stars.
