Barrie Waterfront Heritage Trail - Kempenfelt BayWe hiked around Kempenfelt Bay in the summer and in freezing weather in January.In summer, it is busy what with people hiking around the bay, launching their boats at the launch pad and taking in the beautiful park around the bay.In winter, you can see ice fishing tents as far as the eye can see.Glad to know the city is investing in upgrading this gem in Lake Simcoe.
