We have and still use RecordXpress Red Deer for some of our document storage. I found it to be well organized, easy to access and service is professional. Kim and her team made sure that everything was handled internally from the very beginning. Even when our documents needed to picked up from another city, they arranged the transportation. It gave us great comfort knowing that was one less thing for us to worry about.

Service was terrific and it made it so convenient that the files I wanted shredded were in my storage locker at Sentinel Storage so didn't even have to move them as they came and picked them up. Would recommend for sure.

The entire experience from the first call into RecordXpress Red Deer, to the final Certificate of Destruction has been awesome! So easy and quick! Heidi and Chris were both so helpful, professional and polite. We had a large number of storage boxes to have shredded and they were able to pick them up within 48 hours of my initial call and notification of destruction within the week. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.Terry
