So thankful to have the help of Jeannie at Floors Direct North, picking out flooring for my mothers house as well as my house, she was so knowledgeable on all types of flooring. He installed a beautiful clik vinyl at my mom's house in one day and then the following week came and did my house with a glued down vinyl. Both jobs look fantastic! From the initial stages of project planning to installation, the team has been amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and always available by phone or text. Ben has been fantastic to deal with, he took floor measurements, gave us affordable and high-quality options for engineered hardwood to match our staircase and existing custom wood trims. The installation for over 2000 sq. feet was efficient, Steven and the install team did a great job at laying down the hardwood over tile in the basement and replacing the parquet on the second floor. Highly recommend this A+ team!

We recently bought a home and had Floors Direct North install carpets, a stair runner and laminate floors. Ben and Kyle were very helpful and made the experience stress-free. There were different installers for the carpet and laminate, and they were all professional and did a superb job! I checked around for prices, and they were also the most reasonable. We would highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.

If you are looking for a flooring contractor, look no further, as Floors Direct North is the best of the best. We just completed a 5000 s.f. home renovation, where we removed the existing carpet and installed wooden floors. From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent advise. Nothing was ever too much for him. His communication skills and professionalism through out was greatly appreciated. He is a perfect gentleman and it is obvious that he truly cares about his customers. His guidance and hands on approach was so helpful to us. Likewise, his team of installers, led by Tran, were top notch. At the end of the day the job was completed perfectly, on time and at a fair price. When renovating a century home you have to accept that nothing is straight or level. The installers removed the ceramic floor and took the time to level and prepare the subfloor and did an amazing job on the install. I am very pleased with the job from start to finish. we have a beautiful floor at the agreed upon price with an impeccable install. I couldn't be happier thanks Ben and Ivan and Floors direct !

Jeannie from Floors Direct North was incredibly helpful with deciding on the right type of flooring for the basement. I showed her a number of different pictures of the space we were looking into and she made a lot of great suggestions and helped stay within the price point we were looking into. I was able to take many samples home to decide what would look best, and her vast knowledge really helped with making a decision. The installation was effortless (on my part of course) and I would have never imagined the floors to look this incredible!

We met the owner, Ben, quite a number of years ago when working for another company, and were impressed enough then with his attitude, care and honesty we looked him up to handle the recent carpet installation in our new home.
